Treat yourself to our spectacular Shooting Star penthouse. This condo is perfect for one or two families or three couples. You will not find a more luxurious, serene, well appointed, better served, ski-in/ski-out condominium in the Deer Valley/Park City area. Our local staff is on hand to ensure that your vacation is perfect. Walk out the door of the ski locker room and you are just a few steps away from the best skiing Deer Valley Resort has to offer. Step out onto the Silver Buck run down to the Silver Strike lift. After a fantastic day of skiing relax in one of the two large common hot tubs, lounge by the fireplace, or be entertained with one of our four new flatscreen HDTV's complete with Blue-ray DVD players and DirecTv. There is also a Playstation in the loft bedroom for everyone to enjoy.

Our large two bedroom plus loft two and one half bath penthouse very comfortably accommodates nine people with a luxurious king bed in the master. There is a cozy queen bed in the second bedroom. The loft bedroom offers an extra long pyramid bunk, with a queen size bed on the bottom and a twin on the top, and another set of extra long twin bunk beds. These beds are great for kids, but also very comfortable for adults. The master suite also offers an oversized jetted tub for your enjoyment. Each bath boasts L'Occtaine bath and body products for your enjoyment. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for your entertaining needs. The living area has a fantastic 30 foot vaulted ceiling and looks out on the most beautiful views Empire Canyon has to offer.

As far as Empire Pass units go, this was a nice unit in a great location. it was on the 4th floor which was great because it had high ceilings. It was well maintained and clean and the photos were representative of the unit. finally, the property manager was very responsive. there were a few negatives to be aware of.....1) the internet service was horrible; 2) the TV channel line-up was minimal 3) the ceilings must have been made of paper because every night we were awoken by the renters/owners below us coming back from their evenings and 4) the loft was directly over the family room and very open which did not allow for alot of privacy for those sleeping in the loft. given all this, the unit was priced fairly....not sure we would rent it again given other alternatives.

Owner response:I participated in our annual HOA meeting while you were at our condo last week. At the meeting, owners commented about the internet service being bad, which was unusual and I noticed it when I was there this past weekend. The HOA has determined to get a building-wide Internet service and are seeking bids. With respect to the TV channels, I have contacted DirectTV and have ordered an expanded package. On the noise, I am sorry to hear that. Before we bought the condo, we stayed there many nights and never heard anything (or from any of our guests after we bought it). I think that it was likely from our next-door neighbors since there is only one shared wall, nobody above and the floors are concrete. Finally, we are sorry that you didn’t realize that the loft was a traditional loft over the family room. I am going to upload a picture of the loft on the website so that people will understand the setup. We decorated the loft to be a kids retreat with bunk beds, bean bag chairs, TV and Xbox, but didn’t want the kids to be totally cut off from the rest of the condo

Condo was very nice! We would stay here again. Lovely furnished and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Easy for ski in/out. Only downfall was that there was not enough seating for how many it could sleep. 8 sleeping, but only 4 to 5 could sit and watch tv. Good if you want kids in another room.
