I just want to say thank you for allowing such a beautiful place be rented out. The place was well maintained, beautifully decorated, and the view of the lake was truly wonderful. With a couple of beautiful State parks just 30 minutes away, the lake less than a minute away, and a place worthy of kings, this was a once in a lifetime experience. Thanks for help making this trip a memorable one.

The pics of Jasons condo are right on!! We had 9 of us (4 adults and 5 kids) stay for 5 days at the condo. We grilled every night on the balcony overlooking the water....we spent the days on the beach that is just 2 blocks away. You are 5 minutes off the main highway which has exits for everything. The grocery store is 5 mins...golf course 3 mins...etc.... Thank you Jason-the place was spotless and everything was in perfect order! Referrals will be coming your way.

My husband and I traveled with two other couples to this property and we loved it! The description was accurate. We had plenty of room, it was nicely maintained and the view was gorgeous. We had a wonderful adult weekend at the ozarks last weekend! This condo is spectacular! The location was perfect for us, and it had a beautiful view! The owner, Jason, was very helpful! We had someone in our slip, so I called Jason and he took care of it right away. This is the second time I have stayed in this condo, and I was equally impressed both times!

Our family truly enjoyed our vacation at this lovely condo. Great contemporary decor and modern bathrooms and kitchen. Very comfortable living room space and we appreciated the flat screen tv and sound system with speakers on the deck. Amazing views from the deck, with gorgeous sunrise views and sunsets. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed this condo. The sound-proofing was fantastic. We were in the top floor room and couldn't hear anything once we closed the door. I would recommend this condo.

We had 10 adults stay at this condo for an entire week and had an absolutely wonderful time. With the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths we had no problems with feeling crowded. You can't beat the views off the deck! The condo had everything we needed. We also rented a dock which made it extremely easy to get out on the boat and enjoy the fantastic lake. You won't be disappointed when renting this condo.

Jason was very accomodating, professional and always available if needed. He is very attentive to his properties and the very nice, well-kept accomodations reflect that. The place was beautiful on all fronts and my young-teen daughters very much enjoyed the loft area that had a living area and separate bedroom off the loft. In the loft Jason has provided a big couch and TV where they could hang out and watch their own shows while I was downstairs. There is also enough room for sleeping bags up there so they could even sleep on the floor although there were plenty of beds in his spacious place! Thanks Jason for a great stay. Hope to be back soon.

We had a fantastic week at Osage Beach. The condo was beautiful, with plenty of bedrooms, beds and bathrooms. Our large family could really spread out when we wanted to, but with a large common/living room to get together and enjoy each others company - we loved every minute of it. Jason was excellent to work with. We wholeheartedly recommend this condo for your family.

We've stayed at the lake 5 different times and stayed at 5 different locations. This was by far the best condo that we've stayed in. Our family had enough room with 12 people staying there. The deck had enough spots for everyone to all sit out and enjoy the view. The pool areas were great as well! Loved this condo and recommend it to anyone! Very affordable for such a great location! We will be staying there again, for sure!

Family Gathering

My family of 9 spent 4 days. We were dissapointed in condition of unit. Needs carpet replaced and cleaning company needs to step up. Also took approx 6 hours to cool unit down unit when we arrived. It also has considerable amount of stairs to climb to get to unit. The owner has done a wonderful job of marketing unit. He also was easy to contact. Overall nice place but I would look elsewhere next time. The product did not meet the advertisement.

Owner response:***PLEASE READ**** John contacted me 3 hours after his arrival during record heat when the condo had cooled from 80 to 76. As soon as the sun went down, the temp dropped to his setting of 70-72 (can't recall exact) and it was not a problem since. To remedy this, I've made it clear to the cleaning company to not turn the temp up above 75 during the summer and I've included that in my departure checklist for our guests. Previously it was 76 - someone upped it to 80 in this case. John also complained of dust on the fans - I offered to have the cleaners in to clean the fans during his stay, but he did not reply. They were cleaned upon his departure and a plan was made to clean fans and other not regularly cleaned items every 90-days. John also brought the cleanliness of the carpet in the main area to my attention. I had the carpets professionally cleaned during the next window available on June 29. This was only an issue in the main area that gets a lot of traffic. The carpet is cleaned twice a year. ***Please refer to other guest comments regarding cleanliness!!!!!****** -Jason

I can say I plan a lot of trips for our group of friends and Jason by far has been the best owner to work with; extremely professional, yet down to earth, helpful, and caring. He made sure from start to finish we had everything needed, all questions answered, and followed up with every conversation. The place itself was beautiful - the beds are a little rough, but the decor is outstanding. Lastly, that view - worth every penny! I trust this won't be our last stay at this condo as it was truly spectacular.

This will be the BEST place you have ever stayed...honest! I can't imagine a nicer place with a better view and a more helpful host. Three couples spent a few days here, using the condo as a base while golfing area courses. There is absolutely nothing negative to be said. The unit was very clean and in great shape. It was well stocked....the only thing we really needed was a large plastic salad bowl, larger than the ones you have. Otherwise we had everything we needed! It was perfect!

Hi Jason, I've been meaning to contact you but had a pretty busy week after I got back. I received the deposit refund Saturday. We really did enjoy our stay at the condo. View out on the water was great and we had plenty of room to spread out. One of my sisters is thinking of checking into a rental for her immediate family.
