We stayed at Pheasant Court for two weeks and had a wonderful time. Even though we arrived near midnight Linda came out to check us in and show us the basics. On subsequent days we met Gary and Matt. All three were gracious and helpful without being intrusive. All the advice and recommendations they gave were spot on. Linda emailed us with details of local events which were perfect for our young granddaughters. The house is in a good, quiet, location, in perfect condition and very well equipped and we have already recommended both the owners and the house to several friends.

My family of four and my mother stayed at this location during spring break. We had stayed in the Hilton previously on Marco but wanted to try something a litte more private. The house itself is beautiful and has all that you need to cook inside or out. The pool and spa are very clean and well maintained and as the previous tennant commented the spa is actually "hot", unlike some other properties we have stayed at. The owners are very quick to respond whether it was our initial questions prior to booking or the various questions I had during our stay. Booking was a breeze through the use of PayPal and the return of our rental deposit on departure was appreciated rather then waiting the normal 2-3 weeks. The location is a short drive to the public beach and a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. Will definitely be back again in the future. K. Kelly Southampton, Ontario

This home is wonderful. The photos cannot show the home's many fine details and beautiful lighting. The master wing is completely private and luxurious, and the 2 additional bedrooms are spacious (not always the case) and luxurious as well. The hot tub heats quickly and gets very hot (unlike other rentals we've experienced). Beds are all very, very comfortable. But the best aspect of this rental is the friendly and attentive owners. You could not ask to meet nicer folks. The check-in and check-out were brief and to-the-point, and I appreciated the return of security deposit on our last day. (I've waited for months and dealt with "lost in the mail" managing companies in the past.) There's a warm, personal touch to renting this home. Simply wonderful.

We are a family from Denmark who have rented this house twice, in oct. 2010 and latest oct. 2011. We have been extremely happy and satisfied with houses , and the family Gery and Linda Mink has been extremely nice to us. We hope certainly to come back again and can only recomned this house to everyone. The house has all facilities and the size fits perfect for families with kind in age +16 years, or 2 couples. This was the perfect location for our retreat! Everything was as described on the web site. We were greeted by Matt and was given instructions on the house. This helped so much, as we have stayed in places and always seemed to have trouble working the TV remotes. Everything was clean and well maintained. I did not have the email on my Ipad of the restaurant recommendations that Linda had provided earlier, but that was not a problem. Matt made a quick call and Linda resent the email to my Ipad. Everything was provided to ensure a relaxing vacation, fishing poles, rafts for the pool and music speakers in every room with individual controls. There are plenty of activities on the island to keep you entertained if you want to leave the house...The Spa was a favorite of mine and of course the beach for shelling. We enjoyed going to Publix and shopping the fantastic deli and meat dept. Plenty of stores to purchase your favorite spirits to enjoy while relaxing in a luxurious, quiet atmosphere. Winn Dixie also had a great selection of food and wines. I will have to mention the mattress in the home were extremely comfortable allowing us to rest and recuperate from our busy work schedules. Thanks to Linda and Matt for allowing us to stay in your home! We will definitely book through you when we return to Marco Island!

Our family had a wonderful experience. Despite a minor hiccup with the hot tub it was absolutely wonderful and we look forward to coming back. The house was well maintained, clean and perfect for our family. Our 5 year old LOVED the pool. It was the perfect choice. Matt was helpful and attentive to our questions.

The pictures are totally accurate. This home is stunning and the details (mouldings, lighting,etc.) are top notch. The furnishings are lovely and the layout is open and spacious. The kitchen is large and has a gourmet stove/oven. My only disappointment was that, as a person who loves to cook, the kitchen was lacking essential cooking utensils and there were enough pots/pans for a couple but if you were cooking for a group you'd be hard pressed. The Lanai with private pool and hot tub enclosed was so refreshing and a lovely place to hang out. Location of this property was perfect as it was close to grocery, restaurants, shopping and beach. Would love to go back!!!

Yes! This property is as gorgeous as shown in the photos. We travelled with our daughter and her fiance and could have easily had another couple join us in this spacious home. We enjoyed every minute and appreciated all the extras provided: beach chairs/umbrella, pool towels, fishing tackle, cooler, etc. Grocery stores are close so it didn't take us long to stock the kitchen and settle in to enjoy peaceful days in the sparkling pool/hot tub or fishing off the dock outside the lanai. The owners gave us great dining suggestions and we were never disappointed with their recommendations (Arturo's, Nacho Mamas). We also enjoyed preparing some great dinners in the well-equipped kitchen. The furnishings are very comfortable and well-maintained (nice TV's and sound system throughout the house, too); the luxurious master suite is stunning! How lovely it was to walk out the french doors to our private pool. Naples is just a short drive away with more beaches, fishing, boat tours, restaurants, shopping, golf. We went to Naples several times but always left plenty of time each day to just relax at this property. Most importantly - the owners made us feel very welcome. We felt they really wanted us to have a great time here. Thank you for offering this home for rent - it was one of our best vacations ever!

My wife and I visited this home on our honeymoon and it could not have been a better decision on our part. This house is amazing from the location to the pool and jacuzzi. Everything about this house was great. Close to the beach and shops! Would highly recommend this property for those seeking a laid back time in a very nice, comftable home.

This vacation property is an amazing place to call "home" while visiting Marco Island. Your hosts will meet you at the house upon arrival, make sure you get settled and answer all your questions. This personal touch is second to none and clearly their goal is for you to have a seamless transition right into " relax and enjoy". The amenities in this house are terrific.....from the open floor plan to the outdoor screened pool and spa.....the upgrades are spectacular. The furnishings are simple and elegant and rival that of a five star hotel. The master suite is very comfortable and spacious. This home is very clean and well-maintained. Located on a quiet street with southwest views....you can catch part of sunset from the comfort of the pool area. Look no further....don't hesitate for a minute on booking this little "gem"....you will not be disappointed!!

We are starting to become regulars of these owners' rentals after an amazing stay at one of their other properties during a previous stay. This time we decided to stay at their home at Pheasant Court and we were once again blown away with their hospitality and their amazing rental home! You can spend your day lounging and swimming in your own private pool and relax in the hot tub without worrying about any crowds. Fire up the grill in the evening for some steaks and sit back and enjoy your dinner on the screened-in lanai. This home has plenty of space (we only used half of the home for the 2 of us) with all the amenities you need. There are too many great things about this home to list --- the huge spa shower, the big screen tv, the built in speakers throughout the home…I can go on and on… If you are going to rent a home in Marco, you have to rent this one!

If fun is your game, and comfort is your desire then Pheasant Court is the place for you! The home is well appointed and roomy. The neighbohood was especially quiet, which didn't make us mad! Easy access to Church, grocery, drugstore, laundry, bank, all within eight blocks of the home. Mackle park is an easy bike ride away, and so is the library. Fishing from the dock and dolphin visits were unique. The TV in the family room was LARGE, the hot tub was actually HOT, and the bikes in the garage all WORKED! That has not always been the case with some of our previous years' rentals. The property affords all the conveniences of home and it was obvious the owners work hard to keep it clean and in perfet condition. We give Pheasant Ct "two thumbs up"! Thanks for a great three months!

Our family has been renting property on Marco Island for several years. It is always a pleasure to spend time on the lovely island, and some years are better than others because of the individual properties we rent. This year would have to be one of the BEST! Pheasant Ct is a quiet neighborhood with a central location and easy access to everything. Grocery, bank, laundry, drugstore, all within eight blocks. We even walked to Church! The home is very functional and the decor and amenities are top notch. We especially enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. We fished from the dock and even a 10 year old can catch fish there! The family room TV is so large it made our WII game feel like the real bowling alley. We used the bikes to frequent the nearby Mackle Park where every kind of activity was available. Watching the Italians play bocce was a hoot! We continue to go to Marco each winter because we enjoy the relaxed attitude, warm weather, and friendly people. The owners of Pheasant Ct made our ninety day stay feel like a visit to home and family instead of just a vacation rental. We highly recommend the property!

This property is absolutely beautiful. My family stayed for several days over New Years and had a great time. The accomodations are extremely well kept and very tastefully decorated. The back of the house overlooks one of the canals and it is very peaceful. The neighborhood was very quiet. This was so much better than staying in a resort! It's just a short drive to the beach and there are bicycles at the house you can use also The owner pointed us in the direction of the nearest grocery store and some very good restaurants. Cafe de Marco was a good choice for seafood. Joey's Pizza was enjoyed by my kids, but we wish had eaten there earlier in the trip as we had soooo much leftover we could have eaten for a couple of days!! We enjoyed coming home from the beach and swimming in the heated pool. The owners were the nicest people to work with, they made us feel right at home. We were having trouble getting the hot tub to heat, but after a call to the owner it was repaired immediately!! I highly recommend staying in this wonderful property to anyone going south.

What a wonderful experience. I cannot say enough about the beautiful home. Impeccably maintained and very well decorated. Plenty of space for our entire family to spend a wonderful Christmas. The heated pool and spa were great. The neighborhood was quiet. However, the home is not the reason that I would return to Pheasant Court...the hospitality is!!! We were having some difficulty heating the pool (operator error - not equipment failure). We placed a call to the Owner's who said they would be over in 20 minutes....19 minutes later, Gary was at the door - Did I mention that this was on Christmas Morning!!!! I will be recommending this home to family and friends looking to spend a wonderful, worry-free week in the Naples area.

When we walked into the home on Pheasant court for the first time, I couldn't beleive it because the house so far exceeded my expectations. It was absolutely gorgeous-and in perfect condition. My family cannot wait to go back-to Marco Island and to this lovely house on Pheasant Court. The homeowners were the quintessential hosts-they answered questions about restaurants and even provided the perfect welcome basket with breakfast items for our first morning on Marco.
