This home is 4 blocks from sweet springs estuary and at the south end of Morro Bay. Views of Morro Rock and the bay from the living room and deck.
The house is located on a cul-de-sac, very quiet, no traffic. Only 7 miles to the city of Morro Bay, 12 miles to San Luis Obispo, 10 miles to Cayucos, 3 miles to Montana De Oro. Baywood is just a few blocks away with casual to elegant dining.
Surfing, fishing, kayaking, whale or bird watching, antique shopping, close to two golf courses or just strolling along the beach.
Full kitchen with all the dishes, utensils, a BBQ on the deck and a spa off the master bedroom. The floor plan is very open great for entertaining.
This home is an extension of our store in Morro Bay, Bestfriends located at 480 Morro Bay Boulevard. We sell gifts home decor and furniture. You will see a sampling of our merchandise displayed throughout the home. Cozy, warm, and comfortable, every room is decorated different. Bedroom one is beach decor, Bedroom two is Paris, the master bedroom is European.
