This beautiful home is over 1900 square feet all on one level above an attached 2 car garage and entry hall. You enter into rooms with soaring celings and large windows. There is a fireplace in the living room. View Morro Bay and Morro Rock off the front deck
The house is located on a very quiet street. Only 7 miles to the city of Morro Bay, 12 miles to San Luis Obispo, 10 miles to Cayucos, 3 miles to Montana De Oro, 35 miles to San Simeon and Hearst Castle. There is casual to elegant dining closeby.
Enjoy the large, fully equipped kitchen. Lovely, sunny dining area just off the kitchen. Spend time on the front deck while you BBQ or just enjoy the view of Morro Bay. Relax on the back deck in the large jacuzzi. The floor plan is very open - great for entertaining.
You will be staying on the south end of the bay. There are dunes, wetlands, Monarch Groves, the Elfin Forest, Sweet Springs Nature Preserve, Morro Bay, Montano de Oro, two golf courses, Morro Bay Emarcadaro, bike paths and much more are all close. The activities in the area include surfing, fishing, biking, kayaking, horseback riding, whale or bird watching, golf or just stroll along the bay or beach.

Tucked away in a quiet area, it's very close to everything you'd like to do - go windowshopping in Morro Bay? check. Beach, hiking or fishing at Montana de Oro? check. We stayed at this great house recently during an open house weekend at Cal Poly where my son will be attending next fall. This house is fully equipped and conveniently located just minutes outside of San Luis Obispo and very near Morro Bay. Owner is pleasant to deal with. We had a wonderful time.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
