This 1624 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bath model home comes complete with all the fine furnishings and decorator touches not typically found in a vacation home. From the upgraded marble countertops and tile flooring to the upscale furniture and paintings, this is a home that is sure to satisfy even the most discriminating of tastes and provide you with a feeling of staying someplace truly special.
Located on one of the 27 USGA Championship fairways within the Indian Palms Country Club with fairway and lovely mountain views. Enjoy your own private lap pool in the fenced backyard. Shade and privacy are provided by trees and serene tropical landscaping.
The sumptuous master suite has a King size bed and several pillows to choose from for your sleeping comfort. The master bath has a huge "soaker" tub to enjoy with a good book or to relax those tired golfing muscles. There is also a separate shower, double sinks and a huge walk-in closet. There is also direct access to the pool from the master suite.
The dining area, breakfast bar and fully equipped kitchen are nicely arranged to easily enjoy entertaining guests or candlelight dinners for two. Afterwards, you can enjoy cable TV or access the internet via high speed cable to chat with far away friends and relatives.
Indian Palms Country Club is a gated, full amenities golf course resort located in Indio, the Palm Springs/La Quinta desert area of California. Within IPCC you will find golf, tennis, a fitness center and community pools and spas in addition to our very own restaurant and bar located next to the club house and pro shop.
