Use our Country Club membership for unlimited golf on the Challenge course as well as full access to all club amenities (guest fees apply). We purchased and remodeled this condo because of its location. No pool noise, no street noise, no tee box, no golf balls - just a beautiful, wide-open, double fairway view to the South.
This two bedroom, two bath, den/office, single story condo provides all the amenities you could possibly desire and sleeps 5. It boasts a new gourmet kitchen with slab granite counters, custom cabinets, designer lighting and new appliances. Other features include luxurious bedrooms and completely new bathrooms (including Travertine stone showers and Kohler fixtures). Every feature in this home has been replaced, right down to the silverware. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy all that Palm Desert has to offer. The following upgrades were made to our condo recently. You will find that everything is new, clean and in working order. This is more than a vacation home, we have included features that we would use in our primary residence:
- Removed two kitchen walls, making it a much more open space

Palm Valley Country Club is home to 36 holes of spectacular golf designed by renowned architect Ted Robinson. The 6,545 yard, par 72 Championship Golf Course features wide fairways graced with towering palm trees and glistening lakes, while the unique layout of the 4,232 yard, par 63 Challenge Course provides a true test of short game skill.
Palm Valley Country Club offers the most complete, impeccable and exciting tennis facilities in the desert. Surrounded by superbly landscaped grounds are 16 championship hard surface tennis courts, with 10 lighted for play in the balmy desert evenings.
Within the Fitness Center is a variety of state-of-the-art fitness equipment including StairMasters, treadmills, stationary bikes and rowing machines for cardiovascular training. We have recently returned from our vacation in the USA, we spent the first 12 days traveling around, so it was nice to arrive in Palm Desert & to this lovely peaceful condo, very well equipped & fab views of the golf course & mountains in the background, after stopping in hotels it was really lovely to get up & have our breakfast on the patio, also a couple of BBQ's in the evenings. We would definately like to come back again some day.but would make it a little earlier in the year as the pool & jacuzzi heating is turned of on 1st June, so we did not go in the pool or jacuzzi after that as they were not warm !! which was a shame as we really enjoyed chilling out in the jacuzzi.
Owner response:Thanks again for staying with us ! I checked with the Home Owners Association - yes, the pools aren't heated (this year anyway) after June 1st, however there are various spa's that are heated. We have 3 pools/spas within very close proximity to the condo so I'm sure a warm one is nearby. Note also that the pools don't need to be heated in the summer - they get plenty warm from the bright sunshine ! Maybe the June 1st shutdown is a tad too early ? I can pass that along to the HOA. Thanks for bringing it up ! Jim

We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at this condo. The layout is perfect for 2 couples. Beautiful kitchen, relaxing dining room and living room, spacious bedrooms with lots of closet space and wonderful bathrooms...especially the master. This condo is very clean and well decorated and has everything you require for your stay. The owners are very helpful and quick to reply to any inquiries. I would highly recommend this condo for a quiet and relaxing vacation. We certainly plan on returning soon! Thank you!!

This condo was the best we have stayed in on our travels. It was clean, well-maintained and well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and got back to me very quickly. It was close to great golf courses and wonderful restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends, and we hope to stay there again sometime in the future.

We recently stayed in this Palm Valley condo and were delighted with our experience. The unit was recently renovated and looked fabulous. It was extremely well equiped and located adjacent to a beautiful golf course view. Our stay was great in every way and we intend to stay at this unit again whenever we visit Palm Desert.

My husband and I spent six weeks at this well-appointed, comfortable and stylish condo. We couldn't have had a better time. Our goal was simple - check out desert living. The condo was perfectly situated - not far from anything. The kitchen was well-equipped and the layout of the unit was perfect. A small "morning room" allowed my husband to have his work space; while I preferred the high-top dining room table which afforded a nice view onto the 15th fairway. The Palm Valley Country Club complex is very well cared for and the club is active with a great Friday Pasta night! We will definitely return!

My husband and I just returned from a wonderful stay at Palm Valley CC. This condo was perfect in every detail. We loved being a couple of blocks from the entrance. The Platinum Membership is the only way to go if you plan to golf. The home furnishing are lovely and gracious. The unit is clean, efficiently set up, and quiet. We plan to visit again and again.
