This property uniquely allows a family, business executives, newlyweds or couples wanting to spark a flame the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing stay. With the home only a block from the beach one can walk or ride their bike up to the seawall and seek out the perfect spot to enjoy their stay at the beach where the sand is maintained daily. The shells are numerous at certain times and sometimes rare shells can be found.
If business is the reason for your stay than this property will allow for relaxation after the job's day is complete and you find yourself close to anything the island has to offer. Most sights are only 5 - 15 minutes away. Some within walking distance because you are in the middle of the town. We are also only a few blocks away from the Convention Center on the Seawall.
This property is in a prestige neighborhood that is patrolled regularly and has a low crime rate. It is extremely safe for small children as it has a fenced back yard. All modern technologies have gone into this beach retreat and even though it is quaint it doesn't lack any amenities or opportunities for enjoyment.
If you want to explore all that Galveston has for it's tourists we are only one block away from bike rentals, surreys and access to beach wear and products. There are many souvenir shops within walking distance, Seafood Restaurants line the seawall as do any other type of cuisine. If you would like to try a drink and a dip than you might try the new "Float" bar and pool overlooking the beach for that relaxing drink before or after a long day at the beach.

* Non-Smoking - Forfeiture of deposit if non-compliant
* $300 Refundable Security Deposit required.
* The $300 Deposit is required to hold dates and cover any damages.
* Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival, some exceptions are allowed, however in the event of a cancellation a refund minus $100 holding fee will be refunded. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your stay, the deposit is non-refundable but your paid rental will be refunded, case by case basis.
* Please tell us your age range and ages of your children when you inquire.
* MC/VISA and Discover can be accepted as well as US Postal checks, Verifiable Cashiers Checks, Personal Checks. Scammers will be prosecuted for false Cashiers Checks! Please help us to keep this honest and enjoyable for all. Thank You!
