It has two large pools , indoor and outdoor hot tubs (4), 2 well equipped modern gyms, 2 billiard rooms, 2 tennis courts, 2 BBQ areas and 24 hour security.
Due to limited access by the public, Sand Key Beach is very private. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from both the living room and the master suite. The unit is 1025 square feet and is fully and newly furnished. The master suite has a King-size bed and plenty of dresser space. A Queen-size sofa sleeper and love seat are in the living room. Sliding glass doors lead out to a large balcony with magnificent mile long views of the Gulf of Mexico.
Clearwater Beach is within walking distance and a trolley also provides transportation up and down the beach front areas for a minimal fee. When needing a break from the sun - there is plenty of boutique type shops in the area. Great restaurants in the area also give renters a good excuse to escape the kitchen while on vacation.

What a great week we had at the condo. It was a million dollar view from the balcony. Just like being on a cruise ship. Weather was beautiful and we swam every day. Felt we could have stayed for another week.
