  Two friends and I rented the place for a weekend, and it was great. I see someone wrote that the TV is small: true. But the kitchen, dining, living area is fabulous, the two bedrooms are good, and the master suite is excellent. There is also a deck out back. So if you are coming to watch tv, this probably isn't the best spot for you. But if you are looking for a well appointed, attractive, comfortable space to hang out during down time between various excursions downtown or in the Near North Side, this place is tough to beat!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious 3 bedroom condo in Chicago. The location was perfect for easy access to downtown, Lincoln Park, ect. The condo is located in a fairly quiet neighborhood with parking at your front door. We were able to experience some of the local restaurants and coffee shops which were within a 10 to 15 minute walk away. The condo itself is well equipped with modern appliances and Andrea was always available to offer adivce or suggestions via email. If we return to Chicago again we would want to rent here again!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Stayed here with the family over spring break. Good location but more importantly the hosts were great. Communicated with us on a regular basis checking on our stay. Very clean and well appointed. Only dig would be they need a nicer TV for the living area. If during our stay it was a little warmer maybe would have not noticed. Overall very good spot.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

  My husband and I along with our two adult children and spouses spent four days in Chicago, attending the Men's Big 10 Tournament at the United Center. Awesome condo; great location, very close to the L for commuting to and from the United Center and downtown Chicago. Had a great time. Will definitely do this again. Also, the owner is very professional and a true joy to work with. Great experience!!!

  We had a great time at this wonderful condo over Christmas with my family. It's a great location...a short walk to the bus station to get downtown. Also a very spacious condo for 6-7 people. Only complaint is several light bulbs were out and the kitchen had limited supplies but other than that we really enjoyed staying here.

  We loved this condo! It was lovely and had plenty of space. It was wonderful to have a place where we could enjoy coffee and bagels in the morning and a glass of wine together in the evening. Unfortunately, the fireplace did not work, which we would have enjoyed. The parking spot was difficult if you drive an SUV, otherwise it was nice to have a designated spot. The owners gave good information on a wonderful Greek restaurant and how to get to shopping spots. We really enjoyed this one!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

Its a brand new fireplace! And I know.. with the parking, Its a standard City of Chicago legal sized parking spot. Thats what we have to deal with living in the city. I am sure you guys have nice big spots where you live! I am jealous! Here in the city, we are glad to have a parking spot!   My friends and I were very pleased with this condo- the location is excellent- walking distance to Whole Foods! Great little cafe a few blocks away. Easy bus ride downtown. Great kitchen in the condo with most everything you need. It's not a 'posh' condo but we liked it bc we didn't fear the kids ruining anything either. Clean, well-maintained, owner available to answer questions.

  We came to Chicago for a concert. We had 4 teenage girls and 3 moms. Plenty of room for all of us. With 4 teenagers trying to get ready, it was great to have 4 sinks and plenty of mirrors in the bathrooms. All the comforts of home were provided. We also took the CTA bus to downtown. The bus stop was just about a half a block down the street. Great way for a bunch of girls/women to enjoy Chicago without being on top of each other if we had stayed in a hotel.

  This condo is very nice and is as advertised. Spacious, modern and convenient to the L and buses. We used public transportation most of the time and it is only 3-4 blocks from the Sheridan Red Line station. Save $35-$40 cab fare from the airport and board the Blue Line to Irving Park, then #80 bus to near the corner of Irving Park and Clarendon. Then 1-1/2 blocks to the condo. We did it with suitcases and hand carry's for a 5 day stay. You can also stay on the L to the loop and transfer to the Red Line and get off at Sheridan. You don't even have to go above ground to do that. There is a parking space with the condo but after checking the price for a 5 day rental car ( $ 360. + gas ) we decided to go with mass transpo and it was no problem. It was a distinct change from our rural abode in Oregon. It was great to walk across the street to the lake shore and Lincoln Park, watch the golfers play and enjoy walking the trails. There was a fella painting a mural in the pedestrian tunnel and we watched him for a while. He should be done by now. You will be pleased with this lodging choice and you will save money. You will come and go like a local and enjoy complete privacy. We love VRBO rentals and have used them all over the country for years. It is the only way to go and owners like Andrea make the experience second to none.

  We just had our first annual Girls Weekend in Chicago and this condo was perfect for the 8 of us! The house was stocked with all the necessities to make our stay feel just like home (kitchen utensils, extra towels, blankets, etc.). It was a very quick cab ride to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go for shopping, drinks and sight seeing. Andrea was super helpful - even calling a plumber out right away to fix an issue with the hall shower. If our Girls Weekend ever makes it back around to Chicago I will definitely try to book this place again! Thanks Andrea!
