Designed to be totally pedestrian friendly, it features palm tree lined sidewalks and "old Florida" lantern lighting along it's winding corridors. All this makes for quick and enjoyable walks to all the best restaurants and wonderful shopping Clearwater Beach has to offer with just a 5 minute walk to Pier 60.
Fun at the beach is what this vacation paradise is all about and you will be just a three minute walk to beautiful Clearwater Beach. Afterwards relax and cool off back at your pool which is also heated for winter time enjoyment, or soak in the jacuzzi. Add to all this a 30 ft boat slip available to you right at your back door and you've got it all. We'll be happy to direct you to some local boat rental vendors who will deliver a boat right to your own dock.
