This lovely property creates a unique vacation experience by perfectly blending a tropical oasis with a central location. The house is located in a safe, lovely, traditional Mexican neighborhood yet it gives total privacy as well. The home is surrounded by a large yard and a wall covered in hibiscus and bouganvillea to give total privacy and tranquility yet allowing one to be in the heart of Cozumel in the SanMiguel area of downtown. Walk out of the home through a covered walkway surrounded by lush gardens and walk to the downtown oceanfront area. (just a five minute walk) Walk to many local grocery stores or farmer's market and prepare your own meals or completely relax and stroll to one of the many fabulous restaurants near by. Or arrange with us to have someone come in to prepare your meals for you. You decide what will work.

Cozumel is known for it's excellent snorkeling and scuba diving. Divers especially love this home because it is a quick walk to the dive pier and local dive shops.

The house is very well maintained by a gardner, pool service, and maid service. A bilingual property manager will meet you at the airport, show you the home and all of it's amenities, and be available for questions. Extra services may be arranged either before arrival or once there.
