Welcome to "Wild Mountain Honey".
No need to look any further for a place in Park City. Your luxurious 1350 sq ft. condo was completed in September 2007 in the heart of the Lodges at Bear Hollow, just below Olympic Park in world famous Park City, Utah. Close to The Canyons, Deer Valley, and Park City Ski Resorts, shopping, movies, and great restaurants. All new professionally designed furnishings and beds.
The spacious open floor plan is all on one level on the 2nd floor with your front door leading out to an open, airy, spacious, court yard. Beautiful 20" tile lines the kitchen and hallways with plush carpet in the living room and bedrooms.
The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, wine rack, beautiful Alderwood cabinets, GE Stainless steel appliances, fully furnished kitchen items. Pots, pans, mixer, cookie sheets, waffle maker, roaster, blender, ice maker, 14 cup coffee pot, Bodum French coffee press, ect. The family room has a gas stylish slated fireplace, comfortable mountain style furnishings in brown leather and 2 wood end tables with decorative lamps, reclining and sitting chair, 50" High Definition Panasonic plasma, High Definition satellite TV with 200 channels and a JBL Radial Hi-performance speaker that supports and docks all iPods. You have high-speed wireless internet access.

**Paul Mitchell Tea Tree shampoo and conditioner and Neutrogena Body Wash are complementary. Anti-bacterial hand wash in each bathroom and kitchen

Two accessible hot tubs (BLDG Hot Tub closed during summer, pool hot tub open year round) within feet of your front door are great after a day of biking, hiking, skiing, or snowboarding. The hot tub in your building is 20 steps away and on the same level. You also have the luxury of a jetted tub in the master bathroom.
Your condo is securely located on the 2nd floor with a wide open courtyard which is open, airy, and welcoming. Convenient reserved parking in the underground, heated garage.

- $500 Refundable Security Deposit and 50% of the rental balance is due 45 days prior to arrival to secure reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Park City is one of the best resort towns in the world. Most people can get to Park City from anywhere in the US to the SLC International Airport (by noon) and arrive in Park City within 40 minutes. Not only is Park City (Deer Valley, The Canyons, and Park City Mountain Resort) a world class ski resort but also a four seasons community. The summers are just as great as the winter for outdoors activities as well as the fall season. There is a season for everyone in Park City, Utah. The world is a book and if you do not travel, your only reading one page!!

A group of 6 stayed here during the Sundance Film Festival. Condo is very nicely equipped and owner is super easy to work with. The skiers loved the week with very few people on the slopes and a nice jacuzzi to come home to. The film goers appreciated the easy access to the bus into town.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed this property. The location was minutes from two ski resorts. The condo was decorated lovely and accomodated our family perfectly. All the little "like home" touches were great from the video games, board games and DVD's to the salon quality toiletries. Our teenagers enjoyed themselves too. We would definitely stay here again!

The unit is well kept, clean, and more importantly, functional. With it being fully furnished, you truly feel at home with resort amenitites. I highly recommend it and I can't wait to book again.

We enjoyed our family get away to Park City. The condo was very nice and was a short walk to the clubhouse to use the pool. The rooms were all decorated nicely and the plasma tv's in all the rooms was a nice touch too. The selection of DVD's was a huge hit with my kids as well! We live in Arizona and we look forward visiting Park City every summer to get ou of the heat. Bear Hollow is conventially located to restuarants and shopping. Carter was very easy to work with and would recommend staying in his condo. Thanks again!

First let me say that Carter was great to work with! We had a blast staying here! This place is very family friendly! Flat screens in every room, lots of movies, games, video games, etc. The location is great, right across from the pool which was very convenient. I would highly recommend this condo as your next vacation home!

My family had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful condo. The location is great and has easy access to the areas around Park City. The interior is just as described and made for a very comfortable stay. My teenage boys loved the ability to relax in a seperate room and play the Wii but also to lounge in the living area with the adults. Carter did a great job of answering my questions before I arrived and having the place stocked with coffee and condiments was an added treat. We will be looking forward to returning.

There isn't much else to add that all the other reviewers have already mentioned. The owner gives you a detailed information sheet about the condo and the area, and every question we had was answered in that document. Some reviewers seemed a bit confused about the garage entry, but we had no issues. Excellent place, it was perfect for two couples and if we had kids along, it'd be perfect for them, too.

The condo was just beautiful! It was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, up to date amenities, exactly like on listing photos. Carter is a very best host.We feel very welcome and comfortable.He didn't forget about little details: coffee, butter sticks and souses in the fridge, spice rack in the kitchen, shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in the shower etc. We would highly recommend this property to friends and relatives. We ski The Canyons, Park City, Dear Valley, drive twice to Snowbasin and to Snowbird. This is our favorite place to stay and ski.

The condo is as the owner described it. It is not only stocked with basics like utensils, spices, condiments, and toiletries, there are even movies, board games and Wii. It is clearly a well kept vacation home, and because the owner makes everything available for the guests to use, it feels like someone is truly welcoming you to stay at their home. Our group enjoyed the place, and I will for sure stay here again if I visit Park City.
