Anti-bacterial hand wash in each bathroom and kitchen **J&J No Tears hair and body wash for your young children. **and everything from corn on the cob holders, flour, sugar, blender, toaster, plastic cups for the pool and hot tub, frozen drink mugs in the freezer, and straws for your drinks. Everything you need comes with your luxury condo if there is something you need, want,or have questions about, please ask. As the owner, I am local. Family Room: new Queen Sleeper sofa, 50" Panasonic HD Plasma, Panasonic DVD-both running HDMI, and various DVD movies. Several board games for adults and children: Cranium, Chess, Checkers, Backgammon, Yatzee, Uno Deluxe, and Scrabble **child specific games: Cranium Cadoo, Candy Land, The Lady Bug Game, Sequence for Kids, and 2 decks of cards. **Short story and educational books, magazines, and 60+ DVDs Plenty of extra, high quality, pillows and blankets supplied. Two accessible hot tubs within feet of your front door are great after a day of biking, hiking, skiing, or snowboarding. The hot tub in your building is 20 steps away and on the same level. You also have the luxury of a jetted tub in the master bathroom. Your condo is securely located on the 2nd floor with a wide open courtyard which is open, airy, and welcoming. Convenient reserved parking in the underground garage. ***ADDITIONAL INFORMATION*** - $500 Refundable Security Deposit and 50% of the rental balance is due upon booking to secure reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. You will enjoy the stay at your Park City condo.
