Our family really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean. The kitchen is well supplied with updated appliances. The owner was quick to respond to our rental request. The hot tub was great. It is a short drive to the ski slopes, restaurants and groceries. The heated garage and closet for skis is a plus. The unit is accurately advertised. I would definitely recommend this property to others. It is good for a family or group of friends. Well priced.

I stayed here with two friends and found the condo to have everything I could possibly need for a quick ski trip in Park City. The condo was very well equipped, just as advertised. The labels on all the electronics helped out! Next time I book a trip to Park City, I will definitely look into renting here!

We had a great stay in the condo. The space was comfortable and tastefully decorated, with a great kitchen for cooking big meals. The condo is down the road from Canyons and other resorts. Carter (the owner) was great -- very responsive and always available to answer any questions.

Comfortable Stay in Bear Hollow

A group of 6 stayed here during the Sundance Film Festival. Condo is very nicely equipped and owner is super easy to work with. The skiers loved the week with very few people on the slopes and a nice jacuzzi to come home to. The film goers appreciated the easy access to the bus into town.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed this property. The location was minutes from two ski resorts. The condo was decorated lovely and accomodated our family perfectly. All the little "like home" touches were great from the video games, board games and DVD's to the salon quality toiletries. Our teenagers enjoyed themselves too. We would definitely stay here again!

First let me say that Carter was great to work with! We had a blast staying here! This place is very family friendly! Flat screens in every room, lots of movies, games, video games, etc. The location is great, right across from the pool which was very convenient. I would highly recommend this condo as your next vacation home!

We enjoyed our family get away to Park City. The condo was very nice and was a short walk to the clubhouse to use the pool. The rooms were all decorated nicely and the plasma tv's in all the rooms was a nice touch too. The selection of DVD's was a huge hit with my kids as well! We live in Arizona and we look forward visiting Park City every summer to get ou of the heat. Bear Hollow is conventially located to restuarants and shopping. Carter was very easy to work with and would recommend staying in his condo. Thanks again!

My family had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful condo. The location is great and has easy access to the areas around Park City. The interior is just as described and made for a very comfortable stay. My teenage boys loved the ability to relax in a seperate room and play the Wii but also to lounge in the living area with the adults. Carter did a great job of answering my questions before I arrived and having the place stocked with coffee and condiments was an added treat. We will be looking forward to returning.

There isn't much else to add that all the other reviewers have already mentioned. The owner gives you a detailed information sheet about the condo and the area, and every question we had was answered in that document. Some reviewers seemed a bit confused about the garage entry, but we had no issues. Excellent place, it was perfect for two couples and if we had kids along, it'd be perfect for them, too.

The condo was just beautiful! It was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, up to date amenities, exactly like on listing photos. Carter is a very best host.We feel very welcome and comfortable.He didn't forget about little details: coffee, butter sticks and souses in the fridge, spice rack in the kitchen, shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in the shower etc. We would highly recommend this property to friends and relatives. We ski The Canyons, Park City, Dear Valley, drive twice to Snowbasin and to Snowbird. This is our favorite place to stay and ski.

Well-equipped and welcoming vacation home

The condo is as the owner described it. It is not only stocked with basics like utensils, spices, condiments, and toiletries, there are even movies, board games and Wii. It is clearly a well kept vacation home, and because the owner makes everything available for the guests to use, it feels like someone is truly welcoming you to stay at their home. Our group enjoyed the place, and I will for sure stay here again if I visit Park City.

We had a terrific weekend at Carter's condo. We enjoyed shopping at the outlet stores, dining, and relaxing, watching movies on the big screen television. We will definitely be back.

Very comfortable condo with everything you could possibly need

We took our summer vacation and stayed in Carter's condo. I've never stayed in a rental condo that was so well equipped. The kitchen had everything imaginable, and had many of the sundries like oil and spices. The condo is great for small children, and there were toys, games and DVDs that were perfect for our 4 year old twin girls. The condo itself is in great (and new) condition, and nicely decorated. The patio in the summer time was a joy to sit on, and we made great use of the Weber grill. The location is great and close to several grocery stores (including Whole Foods), Starbucks, and many restaurants. Carter was very helpful answering our questions and with booking the condo. He is a pleasure to work with. Our family had a great vacation in Park City, and our stay at the condo was perfect. We would stay here again with out question.

We have stayed in Park City and Bear Hollow Village a few times but this was one of the best trips, in part, due to Carter's wonderful condo. What made it so nice were all the "extras" he included. It truly felt like we were guests in his home. The condo was very clean, well maintained, and much better than the pictures online. The condo is conveniently located on the ground floor, very close to the community clubhouse, and there is even a grill on the patio.

This condo was perfect! Everything anyone could ever want or need; comfortable in every way! The location was better than we even expected! Shuttles right at the base of the hill running every 30 minutes to all the resorts - what convenience! Heated garage parking was the icing on the cake! I highly recommend Carter's Condo!!

great for family ski vacation

Carter has a wonderful place for family travelling in the Park City area. Slopes are nearby with a short drive to Deer Valley, Canyons, and PCMR. The little details have been already taken care of. There is virtually nothing needed as you arrive other than a few basic groceries. Having small children, the washer/dryer is a huge plus, as well as the Wii in the kids room. Wonderfully furnished and very practical for a family with kids. The underground parking was also a huge plus, as some days had in excess of 12 inches of snow.

My family and I have used this condo three years in a row, during ski season, and truly feel that it is our "home away from home"! Everything is brand new and VERY CLEAN, The owner continues to add more ammenities each year and has displayed accurate pictures. The location is great. Even in peak season, you are only about 10-15 minutes away from Park City and Deer Valley Resorts (parking is never an issue). We love going to the Olympic Center right next door and the Redstone shopping area across the road, is loaded with restaurants and shopping, if you dont want to head into town. I highly recommend this Condo...we will be out there for a 4th year for sure!

This condo was amazing. Working with Carter was also a treat. He helped us in many ways before we ever even got to Park City. WOW! What an awesome condo and community - our stay at Carter's home in Bear Hollow was over the top! Simply stated, it's a gourmet's delight, a decorator's masterpiece and a relaxation seeker's dream. Just across from the pool and clubhouse (with a nice view of the valley), garage parking underground (with elevator access and VERY safe), air conditioning for comfort and every amenity immaginable to travel light and arrive knowing everything including the kitchen sink will be waiting. Awesome 32" TV/DVD players in every bedroom made it so convenient for everyone to retreat and relax and enjoy their favorite show or video. The kitchen/dining area and family room (with another awesome 52" TV) made it very pleasant for everyone to visit, share meals and good times or relax in the recliner and enjoy a good read. The gourmet kitchen had every appliance, stainless steel cookware, beautiful dishes and flatware, bakeware - it was lovely to cook a fine meal. The private gas grille on the balcony was a convenient plus - sparkling clean - steaks in a flash! No wonder it's ranked so highly in the sea of condo's in the Park City area. If this unit's available for your travel dates, GRAB IT!!! Thank you Carter for your kind care and attention to detail and for such a simple process. We had a blast and hope to visit again in the future!

Great place! We were in Park City for my daughter's softball tourny and enjoyed staying here. Clean with every ammenity and close to everything. And the pool was fun for both kids and adults. Highly recommend.

This condo sounds great in the write-ups but it is BETTER than advertised. Thanks for the great accommodations! Your condo exceeded our expectations. Everything that was in your control was perfect. We enjoyed everything from your entertainment system to the cleanliness and quality/upkeep of the furnishings. We also had a great time in Park City. The Bobsled run was the highlight. There were many activities we did not have a chance to do so we are already planning our next trip back to PC. Keep up the great work!

Great family place, well-furnished, great view of the valley. Very close to the Olympics Sports Park. Wonderfully supplied kitchen. Good, heavy furniture. Very hospitable, caring landlord, pleasure to work with. Instructions available for just about everything. We would strongly consider returning.

What can I say that others have not already? "Wow" comes to mind. Your business professionalism is displayed in the manner in which you have set up the condo. You truly have thought of everything and go out of your way to insure a hassle-free vacation for your guests. Your condo was absolutely perfect for our "guys" trip. This was the best ski trip ever for me (and I have taken a few), thanks in no small part to the convenient and luxurious accommodations you provided. I will definitely be in contact with you for my next trip that way.

Our family had a great time. It is obvious a lot of care has gone into the place. Lots of extra towels, kitchen had lots of condiments and spices. Lots of games - Our teenagers were actually begging us to play monopoly with them

Myself and 3 friends stayed at Carter's condo in Park City over the week of February 10. The condo was clean and centrally located to the ski slopes. Carter, We just got back from a great time in Park City. Your condo was amazing and everything you describe it as and has all the amenities anyone could want on vacation and more, but it was the attention to the smallest details that really made it special. What a great location, minutes from downtown, restaurants, shops and 3 ski mountains by car or free shuttle.
