This condo deserves a big "10" for perfect accomodations. The rooms were all gorgeous, including the awesome showers. The location of the unit in the building was close to parking, pool and steps away from a wonderful beach. Karen was a true professional and a wonderful hostess for allowing me to enjoy her tropical home for 14 days. I want to personally thank her for making this one of the best vacations ever. Hope to see you next year.

An excellent, well appointed, comfortable condo with all the necessary amenities in an ideal South Kihei location. A perfect base for enjoying the many sites and experiences that Maui has to offer. The owner was pleasant,cooperative and informative--nothing was left to chance. Four of us spent seven nights here and definitely plan to return next year. We have visited Maui over 15 times and highly recommend these accomodations.

This was my first experience renting a vacation condo, so I was somewhat apprehensive. I shouldn't have worried, as everything went exceptionally well. The website description was very accurate and all the details for the visit were straight forward and well explained. The location is very convenient to the Kam III park and beach as well as easy walking distance to shopping. We used the pool and BBQ facilities several times and they were first rate. The complex is well maintained and very quiet. The condo was fully stocked and there wasn't any item we lacked. We will be back.

We have stayed in this condo twice now and hope to make it annual journey. It's fully renovated,clean,steps from the pool/bbq area and very quiet. Not to mention just across the street from a great beach. We have two young kids that never have a dull moment in this area of Kihei. We are looking forward to next year already!

Are you looking for a lovely, large, comfortable, modern condo right across the street from one of the most beautiful swimming and snorkeling beaches in Kihei? I can highly recommend this quiet, peaceful and beautiful condo in the Haleakala Shores. The apartment has an open concept throughout with a kitchen that is very pleasurable to cook in with beautiful up-to-date appliances. (eating out can get pricy so fixing meals in a gorgeous kitchen is not a chore and saves money) The fridge is exceptional with built-in filtered drinking water and ice maker which is a big plus. (no need to buy water) The lanai is bigger than most with table, chairs and lounger and with the "two" sliders to the livingroom and bedroom this makes an attractive extension of living area where you can sit privately especially in the evenings to enjoy the warm Maui air. The livingroom is cosy with comfortable furniture, stereo, TV, library and wall to wall windows. The marble computer station... what a plus! Also, a covered parking stall close to the elevator with shopping carts to carry your groceries to your suite is a nice convenience. The bedrooms have pillow top mattressess and extremely soft and comfortable bedding. I particularly like the ensuite bathrooms off of each bedroom. They are large, unique and add to the overall comfort of this one of a kind condo. I especially enjoy the spa tub as well as the incredibly large multi jetted shower. One of many reasons this is our yearly vacation condo is the lovely pool area. It is merely steps from the condo with a peaceful and pretty setting surounded by tropical greenery. The pool is solar heated which makes it comfortable to do our morning exercises and then have breakfast and coffee under the pergola covered sitting area. The Beach! It is a lovely safe swimming beach. There are also unbelievably beautiful coral gardens to enjoy with fish, sea creatures and turtles to see right off of this beach. (no need to pay for boat excursions to snorkel areas) The slope of the beach is gentle and the water is warm. There are also washrooms, lifeguard stations and grassy areas for picnics. There are plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance of the condo as well. Our favorite evening walk includes the best ice cream cone on the island only a block away.
