This Beautiful home is located in Marina Coves, a 150 acre gated residential community in Mohave Valley, Arizona. The site is a one-of-a-kind development offering the serenity of lakeside living. The project lies directly across the street from the Colorado River, just south of the Laughlin, Nevada, "casino row," and encircles the last private, man-made lake to be approved in Mohave County.
This fully furnished home is aprox. 1500 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and very cozy. All linens, towels and dishes are provided. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and walk-in garden shower. The sunset and lake view from the patio are gorgeous.
Bring your fishing pole! The catch and release fishing from your own private boat dock or out on the lake is extremely convenient and relaxing. In addition to the 62-acre lake, you can access a private boat ramp into the River.
The development sits immediately across the river from the Needles PGA Championship golf course, just south of the California/Nevada/Arizona border and right in the middle of a weekender’s paradise between the boating hot spots of Lake Havasu and Laughlin.
Within minutes, a Marina Coves resident can experience the Colorado River just steps away, 15 casinos, more than 10 golf courses, four regional airports, mountain biking and a host of other related activities.
