Poage Valley Retreat is a tranquil getaway, nestled between Roanoke and Bent Mountain. Views of the Blue Ridge Parkway Abound. Private, yet convenient to shopping and restaurants. Convenient to Downtown Roanoke, SML, and all the Blue Ridge Parkway excursions.

This is newer home (2001), and many upgrades were just added this year! Three bedrooms, two full baths, and two half baths. The master suite has a large walk-in cedar closet, and master bath has a garden tub overlooking the Parkway, and there is a separate shower.

Fully equipped(microwave, coffee maker, dishwaher, smooth top stove), huge eat-in kitchen with island. Granite throughout. All utensils provided. Separate dining room. Open kitchen flows in to the nice sized living room-which leads out on to the deck for deer/bird watching, sunsets, or just taking in the views! On chilly nights, snuggle up to the gas log fireplace. On the Main level there is also a half bath.

Large basement for additional living w/ceramic tile, and a 1/2 bath down. It leads out to the covered/uncovered patios,to the level one acre yard, or to the two car attached garage.

Please no parties/reunions. Guests are fine.

Two car attached garage for those chilly mornings,rainy days, or unloading your extra baggage-or bikes.

Close by (less than 10 miles) Blue Ridge Parkway--two different locations, Mill Mountain Zoo and the Famous Roanoke Star, AmRhein Winery,Tanglewood Mall, downtown Roanoke, The Roanoke Airport, and so much more.

Apr.-Dec. $900 a week  Holiday Weeks $1,000
$220 a night with a 2 night minimum.
1/2 payment due 60 days before stay, remainder within 14 days of arrival.
No refund within 14 days of arrival.
Refundable $300 sec. dep. due at time of booking,to secure dates.
If arrival is less than 14 nts-payment in full is due at time of booking+$300 dep.
10% in taxes will be charged w/ all stays, (cleaning fee included in weekly rates)
