The jewel of the Riviera Nayarit, San Pancho, was chosen with purpose. It maintains the characteristics of a small town, rich in its culture, while providing amenities that make it a unique stop for tourists. It is the ideal setting to experience Mexico for all it has to offer while still being close to a major hub, Puerto Vallarta.

Nuestro Sueño is a Mediterranean style house built on the hills of San Pancho and enjoys a 340 degree view of the valley, ocean and surrounding tropical mountains. The crescent shaped house is comprised of several levels and the interior is marked by high ceilings which welcome light. The house interior (1291 square feet) is both inviting and cozy. The living room is colorful, decorated in typical Mexican fashion surrounded by attached terraces with palapas (thatched roofs) providing spectacular views and relaxation. The kitchen and bathrooms face the mountains while the two bedrooms are situated so that one can witness glorious sunrises and sunsets. The master bedroom suite downstairs has a king sized bed with full bath and the smaller bedroom upstairs is furnished with two twin beds.

Sitting high and away, Nuestro Sueño offers a peaceful retreat – the perfect balance of privacy and convenience. Depending upon the pace of your stroll – you can be at town center or lying on the beach in 5 to 10 minutes!

An ideal vacation house for couples of all ages seeking relaxation or adventure, Nuestro Sueño can accommodate small families with infants or children over five; however, it is not toddler friendly.
