  Our stay at your beautiful home was very relaxing and just what we wanted for our vacation. Your home is just as described even better. The views were unbelievable you had a 180 degree view. When you go up to the rooftop terrace you have a 360 degree view (just spectacular)! You always have shade on one terrace and sun on another one so you always have a choice. It is like they took a little town and put it between mountains on all sides with an oceanview. We cooked our breakfasts and the kitchen had everything that we required. The home was very clean and functional. For some people the bed if very important and this was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in when away on vacation. Frederico was a perfect host. He went above and beyond. He picked us up at the airport and even stopped at a grocery store for us without us even asking. He was always available for any questions we had but you would never know he was around. He gave us a tour of the town, pointed out many restaurants and suggested some of the best coffee that we really enjoyed. We found San Pancho to be a unique little town. They have a polo club, golf course and hospital with three ambulances which we found interesting for such a small place. The beach is really beautiful you could walk for miles. We were lucky as the water was not very rough when we were there so we could go in and enjoy the waves. We went during Easter I know alot of people are worried about the crowds but we thought it was perfect and enjoyed watching all the mexican families enjoying there vacations. We went to many great restaurants and enjoyed all our meals especially Marias. Everyone was very kind and helpful.. We really enjoyed San Pancho especially our stay at Nuestro Sueno. Frederico definitely made our holiday a special one and we will be returning in the near future. Thanks Frderico for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home we look forward to our next visit!   My girlfriend and I absolutely loved this villa and the small town of San Pancho. The villa is located at the top of a hill overlooking the town, ocean and mountains. The layout of the villa captures the views perfectly while at the same time offers complete privacy. The owner is a super cool guy who is always available to help, but never infringes of your space while you are enjoying the property. The villa itself is very well designed and built and gives you a feeling of being in a luxureous place the whole time you are there. We will definately be booking a return visit......................

  Nuestro Sueno is a beautiful villa with spectacular views and very reasonably priced. My fiancee and I had a wonderful 10 day stay encompassing the small town of San Pancho and enjoying the amenities of the villa. We were able to cook meals at the villa and/or enjoy eating out at many of the great restaurants & cafes. The owner has a great personality and was very accommodating and helpful with recommendations and advice. He even gave us a tour of the area. During our stay, we enjoyed the beautiful, sandy, uncrowded beaches; the polo club; and golf course. All of which are within walking distance. I would definitely return to this beautiful area and stay at the Nuestro Sueno. In fact, this is our second stay here. I have been recommending it to all of my family and friends.

  We were more than delighted with our stay in San Pancho. From the stunning views, to the beautiful home, to the comfortable bed, to the delightful hosts, to the local food, to the truly small-town ambiance, we could not have been more satisfied with our week's stay. Oh, did I mention the tequila? The on-line photos of the home are certainly reflective of the condition of the very clean and well groomed home. Federico, our host, had all the answers to our many questions..................and he answered them all with a smile. The beach and town center were a short, healthy walk from the home. The beach was uncrowded with scenery on which to feast one's eyes. There were several local restaurants with great food that we enjoyed. But for the best omelette this side of Heaven, head to Maria's, located on the main street in town. Would we recommend this property to friends or relatives? Absolutely, and we already have. We also hope to return some day.

  "Nestled between the ocean and jungle of San Pancho along the world's second largest bay, Nuestro Sueño offers amazing vistas, absolute tranquility, and a culture that welcomes you with open arms. Nuestro Sueño is perched on a hill, which gives one the feeling of being on top of the world. The gentle roar of the ocean wakes you in the morning and rocks you to sleep at night. My favorite pastime was to lie on the hammock and read between naps. I spent two weeks in San Pancho, I came down undone and walked out whole. There is just something very special about Nuestro Sueño, its beyond words but the experience leaves an indelible mark on your spirit! Nuestro Sueño is proof that you do not have to be a millionaire to own your own little piece of paradise. I will go back always!". Cristina New York, USA

  "One can see the satisfaction on their faces. She had just finished her first of three novels she had brought to San Pancho. He had just arrived from a 30 minutes car drive at the end of another spectacular surfing day. A long kiss sealed the perfect day for their vacations. One can experience these and other memorable stories all the time. It is no doubt the magic of San Pancho, one of the most beautiful towns of the southern pacific coast of Mexico. This is my third visit to "Nuestro Sueño", a place that has been exquisitely designed for our comfort and enjoyment. The house is attractive, always clean and in very good condition. One can start relaxing from the very first moment you arrive to the place. Staying at "Nuestro Sueño" gives you the possibility of enjoying the great ocean views and spectacular sunsets right there at the top of the hill. Not every vacationer in San Pancho can enjoy of these magnificent and relaxing vistas. If you have been in the town before, you have to visit "Nuestro Sueño" to know the difference!   "When I returned home, I couldn't stop thinking about the peaceful and beautiful experience I had at Nuestro Sueño. I miss waking up as the warm sunshine gently filled the room. The distant sounds of roosters were a wonderful alternative to my alarm clock. As I looked out the large windows the view would amaze me every time. The lush jungle caught my eye as I followed the horizon to the sunny beach and relaxing ocean. What I miss the most is sipping fresh-squeezed orange juice while sitting on the balcony and watching majestic birds fly from tree to tree. In the evening, I loved seeing the sky fill up with more stars than I'd imagined. I look forward to returning

  Nuestro Sueño is an unbelievable place. The views from the terraces alone justifies the entire trip. This is not a hotel ocean view where you stick your head out the window to see the water; this is 300 degrees of unobstructed views of jungle mountains and the Pacific Ocean. We spent most of our time there enjoying the breeze which blows almost constantly. Your trip could be a complete success without leaving that spot, and after a couple of Federico's special margaritas you may not be able to leave anyway. But if you didn't leave the terraces you would miss out on the huevos rancheros at Celia's, which is something you really do not want to miss. I promise. San Pancho is not for everyone. It is not Cancun, or Puerto Vallarta or anything like that. There are no big restaurants or bars, and you will have to be as patient with people's limited English as they will always be with your limited Spanish. It is quiet ; it is relaxing; it can be adventurous (If you choose to explore and snorkel at some of the remote beaches in the area, that is. There were more sting rays than I have ever seen before, not dangerous, but amazing to see. The roads are rough, but the destinations are definitely worthwhile). I have been back just two days and it is a place I miss already

  My wife and I visited Nuestro Sueño in late January for 10 days. As usual, the weather is as close to perfect as it gets and so are the people. Coffee on the terrace first thing in the morning is tough to beat and the flocks of big white birds flying through the valley to the mountains is something to see (you're looking down on them). We also watched whales playing in the ocean on two occasions. The other great memory is wine on the terrace in the evening. The location at the top of the hill overlooking the town, mountains and ocean is incredible. We particularly enjoyed the setting as regards to being near the real locals and the short 10 minute walk into town for breakfast and dinner. Also loved listening to the roosters crowing early in the morning. Wish I was down there now

  "The pictures of Nuestro Sueño do not do this spectacular location justice. The views from the three wrap around decks are among the best in San Pancho. Located high on a hill, overlooking the ocean and the jungle, we enjoyed numerous sunsets and whale watching, which added greatly to our visit. Federico was a great host, who took excellent care of us, and our children, during our stay. The deck chairs, umbrellas and assortment of boogie boards allowed us to take long, carefree days on the lovely beach. Coming home at the end of the day was always a beautiful ending to a full day of fun in San Pancho. We would recommend Nuestro Sueño and Federico to anyone looking for a great holiday getaway in San Pancho. Our family would not hesitate to stay there again".

  How can one describe true serenity? Bright stars, beautiful vistas, no big city "noise", the best fresh squeezed orange juice in the world, those are just a few of the things that provided me with serenity at Nuestro Sueño. It's easy to forget one's stresses when the biggest decision of the day is to walk on the beach or lay in the hammock. I chose Nuestro Sueño because I didn't want the crowds of Puerto Vallarta, but wanted the beaches and peace and quiet that can be found 30 minutes away. I found clarity with my relaxation and came home feeling more refreshed that I had in a long time". Jackie Philadelphia, USA

  "Er netop kommet hjem fra den mest fantastiske ferie man kan forestille sig. Har tilbragt 2 uger i Federico`s hus, Nuestro Sueño, i San Pancho, Mexico. Kom derover stresset, træt og udkørt og vendte tilbage, praktisk talt, som et nyt menneske. Utroligt – men sandt!! 2 uger med fred og ro, frisk luft, dejligt vejr, pragtfuld strand, ikke at forglemme, udsigten til bjergene og junglen. Fra den pragtfulde store terrasse, kan man sidde og nyde solnedgangen i havet, hvorefter man går ned i den hyggelige lille landsby for at spise en lækker og meget billig middag. Så er det ellers bare hjem i seng, fordi du bliver meget træt af alle de spændende indtryk man får i løbet af dagen. Nå, jeg kunne blive ved med at fortælle om det dejlige sted. Kan kun stærk anbefales. Jeg kommer helt sikkert tilbage!!".

  Nuestro Sueño was the perfect base for our trip to San Pancho. The house is beautiful, colorful and clean. It was a great setting to wake at and return to after a day on the beach. It is a short walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. Its multi-levels provide privacy but openness at the same time. The terraces provide relaxation and spectacular views of the ocean and the jungle. They also provide a great setting for star gazing. The house brought about a feeling of tranquility that we would not have achieved in a resort. In addition, Federico is a wonderful host and went out of his way to make us welcome. We loved everything that San Pancho had to offer; the beautiful scenery, nice people, excellent restaurants and beautiful beach. Nuestro Sueño enhanced each experience we had

  "My husband and I have rented Nuestro Sueño for the last three years. This house is on the highest point in the beautiful pueblo of San Francisco (San Pancho) Mexico. The view is out of this world. My husband is a surfer and it is very important that we see the ocean and the 360 degree view offers that and more. The facilities in this home are great. The home is clean, airy and the decks offer a different view and feeling. There is no reason to ever leave Nuestro Sueño. The bird watching on the mountains is spectacular. Early every morning a number of varieties of birds are feeding high on the hill. If birds are not your thing, whale watching is one of our favorite things to do from the deck with a margarita. The design of this house offers open, easy living with spectacular views even from your bedrooms. Have a great stay. You will come back again". Joey Massachusetts, USA
