My fiancee and I loved this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cant say that enough.... We drove to Panama City from Ky with no reservations for a place to stay. When we arrived in PCB it was around 7 pm. We first went to Long Beach to see what they had to offer. Upon going into the lobby they had told us that reservations for long beach had to be done at The Majestic. Apparently the Majestic is the main place to book reservations for a few different condos. We had left Long Beach and went to the Majestic. The lady there said that they had just started booking for them and had no idea what the rates were. I had also wanted to look at Edgewater resort. We went there and got 3 different rooms to look at. They were all old and just plain dingy and nasty. One of them had bugs!!! I had called Joann on the way down and told her I may be calling her to check out her condo if the others didnt work out. After the run around at the Majestic and the nasty rooms at edgewater it was getting close to 8 o'clock. I called Joann and told her I wanted to see the room before paying and she had no problem with that. The condo had a punch type key code that she had to get a temporary # for. Within 2 minutes she had called me back with a working code. We looked at the room and it was AMAZING!!! It was 1000 times better than the others we looked at a few minutes earlier!! I called her back and gave her my cc #. Within 5 minutes she called me with a code that worked all week long. I never once had any problems and never once saw a "security" guard or had to enter through a security gate. I never even went to the lobby. I didnt need to!! Our stay was unbelievable and I would recommend this room to anyone. No hassle at all which made for a great vacation.. The location was perfect too. Walmart was super close for anything you need and your room is right on the beach!!! My fiancee loved her first trip to PCB and we will 100% call Joann back when we visit next year. This IS the place to stay!!! Dont waste time or money looking elsewhere.. Very clean and spacious condo with a great view of the ocean and close to everything!!!! I am ready to go back
