Mission Beach is a peninsula with the Bay on the east and the
Ocean on the west side. Bay and Ocean are only 4 blocks apart and have different things to offer.... sail, kayak, picnic on the quieter bay side, or enjoy the sound of the waves and the surf on the Ocean side where the boardwalk is more active and busy.
TOP OF THE BEACH CONDOS: Best central location in North Mission Beach. Leave your car in the garage and stroll to many restaurants, walk to Amusement Park, and Mission Beach Plunge swimming pool.
There are small convience markets right next door, and Ralphs fancy Supermarket just 5 minutes by car.
Ride your bike up and down the boardwalk or even around the serene bay. Bus stops right in front if you would like an easy ride to the main transit center in Old Town. From here, you can take the trolley all over San Diego and not worry about driving or parking.
This owner will assure you enjoy your vacation!You will have a welcome basket upon your arrival with coffee, cream and sugar and some goody snacks too. There will be flyers about all the great things to do and see while you are in San Diego.
The Condo is immaculate and sunny and bright! Looks like a model home and feels "oh so much like a vacation". The bathroom even has a skylight over the tub/shower and lots of storage room in the beautiful rattan shelving unit. The vanity is separate so this affords privacy.

- Garage: Common gated parking garage which is opened with a clicker. This is a huge plus at the beach! an assinged parking place.The assigned parking spot is almost right in front of the elevator. How Convenient is that?!

- Elevator: This is a great feature for bringing in your luggage, groceries and beach chairs. For those who prefer stairs, there are 2 stairwells, one on each end of the building.

- Queen Bed (2) : WOW, this queen bed has a thick memory foam mattress.... so comfortable. A good nights sleep is important and you can get it in this bed for sure!( pull out in living room has extra foam pads too)

- Balcony: This balcony is surrounded with see through glass, not a brick wall, so the views are fantastic!There are 4 patio chairs provided and 2 end tables. It is a great balcony for viewing the ocean,bay, downtown skyline.

- Beach View: You can see the skyline of Downtown San Diego, sailboats on the bay, lights of the roller coaster at night, and the blue expansive Pacific Ocean. This condo is on the 5th floor so one can see over all the oother buildings. It is super affordable since it is not direclty on the ocean, yet has the closeness to the beach and the sound of the waves.
- Ocean View: You can see the ocean over rooftops of other buildings, because the top floor is higher than other buildings! Secluded from the busy boardwalk, yet close!

Why the Owner Chose Mission Beach
I bought a vacation rental in this location because I live close by and am able to greet and meet my guests and make sure everything is to their satisfaction. The location in North Mission beach is convenient as there are grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. There is also a great bus route next to the condo, which connects to the transit center in Old Town from where trolleys go pretty much all over San Diego.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
When I stay at my property, I enjoy the view of the city lights, ocean and bay. At night, the sound of the waves are so soothing! I can get around witout my car and use my bike to ride all over the area. The ocean is steps away and so easy to jump into on a hot day!

Hello and welcome to my owner profile page. My career was in Oceanography. I spent many months at sea mapping the ocean floor. I found I love being on or near the water. My favorite vacations were and are by the water. I live in San Diego which is a city with many beautiful beaches and the great weather. I decided to invest in my own vacation rental in San Diego. It is great since I can stay in my own vacation rental from time to time and ensure that everything is up to standard for my guests.
