Just being in this penthouse gives you the feeling of being on top of the world. The views are maxed from this 23rd floor three bedroom, two-bath penthouse. You will have spectacular views of the beach, gulf, and sunrises and sunsets that will demand a picture of you and loved ones with these awesome scenes in the background.
Enjoying meals on this balcony will be one of your favorite family events, whether cooked in the full size fully equipped kitchen or bringing in the take-out from your favorite restaurant. If dining in appeals to you, this unit has a six-place dining area with table and chairs. Also there is more eating room with 3 bar chairs at the bar, plus the balcony table and chairs.
Majestic Beach Towers sits on the most beautiful stretch of sugar white sand beaches with an amazing display of aqua colors flowing in. Be sure to see the pictures in this web site.
We have 4 nice Adarondack chairs and 2 ottomans. On balcony for you to use while enjoying the breath taking sunsets.
At the Majestic, you will find two indoor pools, both air and water temperature controlled., five swimming pools, three hot tubs, and a kiddy pool. There is also open air dining at the H2O bar and grill and two well stocked and staffed bars. You can also grab a meal, snack, dessert, beer, soft drinks, Starbucks coffee, treats and souvenirs in the lobby area shop of this tower.
There is a stadium style seating theater with FREE movies on most weekends, showing recent movies, and live broadcast sporting events. The fitness center is unbelievable with state-of-the-art exercise equipment, most with “Watch as you work-out LCD TV’s” attached to the equipment and both women’s and men’s dressing rooms/bath rooms with lockers, showers, saunas, and steam rooms. There is also a free tennis court on top of the parking deck.
This penthouse is on top of tower 1. Tower 1 is the largest tower and houses both of the dining choices, only shop, kiddy pool, 3 of the largest pools, 2 of the 3 hot tubs, the H20 bar and the largest climate controlled indoor swimming pool right as you step off the elevator. Tower 1 lobby is always staffed with front desk employees and the Security office is located in the lobby area of tower 1. You will always feel safe and welcomed any hour of day or night as you enter tower 1.
Parking is never a problem here at Majestic Beach Towers, with an exclusive six story parking deck with climate controlled walkovers to the respective towers, and more than enough parking spaces to accommodate the busiest seasons.
There is also a free standing amenities building which will be able to host large conventions and/or private parties. We can help put you in touch with caterers that can handle any size event, to include, bars, food, large dining areas, dance areas, and band stands. You name it and this caterer can do it.

Spent a week the 3rd week in August with another couple in this 23rd floor condo. What you see in the photos and in the description is exactly what you get. This was our first experience in renting a condo and it felt just like home. Quiet area with a beautiful white sandy beach and emerald blue water. Within a few miles is Pier Park for dining and shopping and a short distance is a Walmart. The condo is fully furnished, but I would recommend taking/purchasing a few garbage bags, toilet paper and don't forget your beach towels. Also laundry soap and dishwashing liquid. The wait for an elevator was never a problem. Upon arrival, park in front of the bldg and unload, then move your vehicle to the parking garage - 3rd level, as the walk-over is on this level. The walk from the parking garage is somewhat of a "hike". Other than that it's all right there. A much needed vacation that was a very pleasant, relaxing experience and would rent this condo again.

Our vacation was a wonderful experience. My son and i have been to the gulf many times on vacation but his wife and 8-month old son had never been to a beach or seen the ocean. So naturally we chose a gulf location for their first beach experience. We all had a wonderful time: great condo, great weather, breath-taking views. My grandson loved playing in the pools and in the master bath jetted tub (that was his and his dad's favorite spot). I enjoyed spending time in the early morning hours sitting on the balcony with my son and just simply enjoying the view and the ocean breeze. Steve was great to work with and I feel we got a really great deal on the condo. We will be back!

We stayed in this beautiful condo for my daughters 12th birthday party! My daughter and her friends loved sleeping in the master bedroom, some chose to put pillows in the jacuzzi tub and sleep in the tub! We had plenty of other beds but it was ok with me...it was her birthday. The indoor heated pool and hot tub was a must on this cold December weekend. The girls absolutely loved going down to the starbucks in the lobby. Wish I could share the pictures of them toasting their starbucks drinks in the sitting area. Just too cute. We all had a fabulous time and made wonderful memories. The owner Steve was pleasure to work with. I would definately rent from him again. Thank you Steve for the great deal!

Let me start with thank you for allowing my family and I to rent this AMAZING place. The view was breath taking & the sunset was beautiful. Everything you may be looking for was with in walking distance or a short ride away. I have to say it was a very clean place. I do travel frequently and this was by far the most enjoyable peaceful place I would have to say. If you’re looking for a family like environment with all the amenities this is your place its also a great place to spend with that special someone. I was very pleased and I have several pictures to show all my friends and family and would recommend this beautiful place to them as well.
