Where should I start? First off the whole house reaked of mildew. Half of the beds had dirty sheets and there was no dehumidifiers or a/c units so as soon as the sun went down everything was coated with a film of dew (had to leave the windows open becuase it was so hot). Kitchen cupboards were full of Raid, anti-freeze, and cleaning materials that were commingled with pots and pans. Didn't even bother to stay the night ... owner promised to refund rent but reneged once consulting "attorney". House was billed as a great locaction for a family ... unfortunately it is not safe or sanitary enough for a family. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $$$ if you want to stay in LC. Also, this great rock beach they mention is nice but full of huge boulders and not suitable for children (supervised or not). This place is a legitimate dump!

A belated thank you for a lovely stay at your Little Compton house....we enjoyed the house and location very much. Once I have my kids' schedules for Summer 2012, I hope we can reserve another week with you. And, thank you for returning the deposit so punctually.

Our 4th summer at the Beach House. We had a beautiful week of weather, beach, bogey boarding, bike riding. Hope to be back next summer.

This is a beautiful location! We had such a relaxing vacation. This house has everything so we didn't need or want to do anything except enjoy the deck, beach, and rocky shoreline. We enjoyed campfires on the rocs and looking at the stars. The weather was perfect and we would all like to stay at least one more week! Thanks for sharing your house. Perfect location central to the Islands, MA, RI, and beyond. Though we just stayed at the house, slept, relax, starred at the ocean. Wish we could stay for 2 weeks.

We had this house and the house next door. Didn't need sound machinges to sleep--ocean did it all electricity free! Beautiful views. We had a lovely time.

This was our third summer here at the Beach House. We never get tired of the view! It's so peaceful and beautiful. we had a hot week and were glad to be so close to the beach to cool off! We hope to be back again next year!

I've been meaning to send you a note for our WONDERFUL wee, in Little Compton. Your house was fantastic and more wonderful than we had even imagined. Very nicely decorated adn appointed and comfy. I wish I could beam myself onto that bench on the water every day! It was such a peaceful spot and I spend much time there. Your materials and info were very helpful too. We got lobsters one night down on Sakonnet Point and they were fabulous. I happened to wake up very early one day and went out alone with my coffee and I will never forget the peace, quiet, and beauty of the sunrise. We really couldn't get over that incredible lawn leading down to the water and how much space and privacy we had. I was so special. I'm so glad I found your house on VRBO. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful house. I hope I can make it back in 2010. My father wants you to know how much he loved it, too. The whole experience was just perfect.

We are very sad to leave. What a wonderful spot!! We had a great family vacation. We spent many days in the waves and enjoyed sitting on the rocks below. Our family gathered from Massachusetts, Texas, and New York! You have a beautiful home. I hope we can come back again sometime!

This has been a great two weeks overlooking Rhode Island Sound and Cuttyhunk Island. We watched the surf as we ate dinner on the deck. Everything about the house was great!

This past summer we spent time in Little Compton at this beach property. Accomadations were homey and comfortable. We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed our lobster bake on the deck overlooking the ocean, so peaceful and quiet. We hope to spend more time in the future in Little Compton.
