Amazing location. Walk across the street to the beach, at our private beach club (free with rental), or walk 200 feet to a 5-star all-inclusive resort (RIU Palace Riviera Maya available for a daily fee). Beautiful downtown Playa del Carmen is a short walk way.
New luxury condo (2007), in a beautiful complex. The pool is the longest in Playacar. The tennis court is spectacular. An on-site concierge to assist with making your way around town. On-site property management, and maid-service. Spacious condo (125 sq. m), with marble floors, granite counters, and top end appliances. The condo is on the second floor, overlooking the pool. 300 meters from our door to the sea. Condo is on the golf course, across the street from the Reef Beach Club.
You will have free access to a private beach. Or, pay a fee for all you can eat and drink. Directly across the street is the Playacar Reef Hotel & Beach Club with free guest access and full use beach area, lounge chairs, towels, gym and tennis. For $40/day per person $20/day per child, you can eat, drink (including unlimited beer, wine & cocktails) and use their non-motorized water toys, bikes and other amenities until 6 pm.
Steps from small Mayan ruins. A short drive to world renowned Mayan ruins. Amazing beaches (think of the Corona Beer commercials). World class golf course. On-site security.
We fell in love with the Riviera Maya, and Playacar during our first visit. We hope that our condo will inspire you the same way...
Why does my family love staying in this condo? The pool, the beach, fishing, snorkeling, diving, walks on the beach, Mojitos (and kiddie cocktails) on the roof deck, strong air conditioning, great water pressure in the showers, day visits to the all-inclusive resorts, the clear blue Caribean water, the warm Mayan sun, the welcoming Mayan people, and the wonderful food (Mayan, Mexican, Italian), the relaxation, the adventure outings, the safetly and cleanliness of the grounds, the elevator to our 2nd floor unit, and the drinking water delivered to our door.

You can use this beach, and the pools for free as our guest. Or you can pay $40 per day per person for all you can eat and drink. Water rentals, etc. are all available here.
For $100 per day per person, this is a blow your mind wonderful 5 star resort with all you can eat and drink.

We live in Springfield, Illinois. The Land of Abraham Lincoln. We love Playa del Carmen, as the perfect beach get-away. We have two teenage kids, ages 18 and 16. We often stay in Playa del Carmen with the grandparents.

We stayed at this condo last Thanksgiving. What a treat; everything was top notch and we experienced a very relaxing holiday - the golf was great and the local people made us feel very welcome. We will visit again.

We've enjoyed staying in this condo over the Thanksgiving holiday and the week before Easter. It's within walking distance to Playa del Carmen yet far enough away to be completely private. We'll definitely go back again!
