LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION: Our home is ideally located in Breckenridge. Stroll down to Main Street and enjoy shopping and wonderful restaurants.
RELAX IN COMFORT: The unit is quiet and comfortable ... perfect for a family stay. Being a townhome, you will have the place all to yourself, with your own privagte garage. After skiing, you can spend time in the association hot tub or heated pool.
Our home was remodeled in 2007 and got a new exterior facelift in 2009. The main living area features an open space with a full sleeper couch, a chair/ottoman, and entertainment center. Watch TV, a movie, or listen to the stereo. The kitchen table seats six comfortably. The kitchen is complete with a stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and island. A utility closet off of the kitchen contains a new front loader washer and dryer.
The top level features two bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom sleeps two and includes a queen size bed. The second bedroom sleeps five with a set of twin beds and a bunk bed (twin over full bed).

Walk 1.5 blocks to Snowflake Lift. This lift serves only the homes around it and is rarely crowded. You can rent skis and buy lift tickets here.
This is the main area of activity in Breckenridge for festivals and fun. Truly the center of town. Only 2 blocks downhill.

This rental was perfect for my family! There was plenty to do for all, and in walking distance. The townhome was very clean and extremely comfortable. We actually enjoyed cooking and staying in after skiing. We will definitely return next year, and will try to return in the summer for a new adventure in Breckenridge!

Our stay at Winterpoint was wonderful and the location is ideal. It is close enough to town to walk to restaurants and shopping, but far enough from town to offer peace and quiet. The townhouse has a family-friendly layout, and was well equipped, making it comfortable for my family of five. It is steps away from the ski-lift for winter, and hiking for summer. The pool and hot tubs were a big positive. I would definitely recommend Winterpoint to anyone who wants to enjoy the best of everything in Breckenridge.

I had the luxury of spending 3 full months in Breckenridge this winter, and used this house as my "home away from home". A great decision and choice on my part. First, Location! Walk 1 block to a ski lift, or to the end of the driveway and take the free bus to peak 7, 8, or 9! About a 5 minute ride. That's how easy it is to get to ski! Get ready at home and go! No packing the car! Ski down to across the street and walk back in to your house. EASY!!! Let the kids go on their own and they can even ski home for lunch! Awesome! As well, a very short walk to downtown Breckenridge with all those great shops and restaurants. No need to move the car ever unless you want to buy groceries! Next, the house is very well equipped with everything you need to cook or entertain at home if you chose. You can pretend your in your own home. Everything you need to prepare meals is here! Next, the layout of the house is excellent. Each bedroom has it's own private full bathroom. Nice! In addition, there is a 1/2 bath off the kitchen for general use. Good size kitchen, dining area, and living room with fireplace. All well furnished and a good layout. Lastly, I can't tell you how nice it was to have my car in a heated garage. You look outside each day and see some amount of snow accumulation. Cars outside with a foot or more of snow and/or ice. People scraping it off. If you need to use your car, simply press the automatic garage door opener and drive out clean and tidy! Nice place! I highly recommend it!l
