SKI IN/WALK TO LIFT: Located on Four O'Clock Road (75 yards from the Snowflake ski lift and ski in across the street), you can get up and on the mountain in minutes or swing in for a cup of hot chocolate and lunch for a needed break. Secluded like no other ski lift on the mountain, you will not have to wait in line to get your day of skiing started. When you are finished for the day, dry your boots and hang your skis in our heated garage! No more wet floors in the living area or cold boots!
LOCATION IS EVERYTHING: Breckenridge is a one of a kind ski town. It offers plenty of shops, world class restaurants, and a nightlife unrivaled by other ski towns. You will be merely 1/4 mile to the nearest grocery store and two blocks from Breckenridge's historic Main Street. Our location is an easy walk to and from Main Street.
RELAX IN COMFORT: The unit is quiet and comfortable ... perfect for a family stay. This is a townhome. You will have the place all to yourself. There are no elevators or common areas. Pull your car into the garage and walk in! No need to haul groceries, luggage, or other items down long walkways. After skiing, you can spend time in the hot tub or community heated and covered pool.
The main living area features a bright, open space with a full sleeper couch, a chair/ottoman, fireplace, and entertainment center. Watch TV, a movie, or listen to the stereo. The kitchen table seats six comfortably. The kitchen is complete with a stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and island. A utility off of the kitchen contains a washer and dryer.
The top level features two bedrooms each with a full private bathroom attached. The master bedroom sleeps two and includes a full size bed. The second bedroom sleeps five with a set of twin beds and a bunk bed that sleeps three.
For non-skiers in the group, winter activities include sleigh rides, snowmobiling, ice skating, and tubing.
SUMMER, SUMMER, SUMMER: If you have never been to the Colorado Mountains in the summer, this is the place to do it. Hiking and biking trails surround the Breckenridge area for people of all levels of skill. Up the hill from the property are the Saw Mill Creek and Reservoir trails leading up to a secluded pond and outdoor recreational area. Go for a quick hike with the entire family. Other summer activities include golf, white water river rafting, trout fishing, horseback riding, and boating.
