You will love our home away from home. Harbour Town is a five minute walk from our front door. You will have access to the Harbour Town Yacht Club with all its amenities. Watch the dolphin swimming, and pelicans flying over head at our beautiful beach.
Free tennis is also included.
At the end of the day you will love returning to our home and relax in the large great room with high ceilings, wood burning fireplace and look at the wonderful marsh or go out on the extra large deck along the back of the home and watch the wonderful wild life. The dining room has a wet bar with refrigerator for entertaining friends.
The master has a two person jacuzzi and a California King with a marsh view. One guest bedroom has a full bath and two extra long twins with sliders overlooking a private gated courtyard. The second guest bedroom has a fireplace and built in book cases with two twin beds. The living room has a queen sleeper. There is a guest house with a king bed and Tiki bar. The gourmet eat in kitchen has a deck and gas grill on the marsh.
We can arrange for you to get bikes at a discount/delivered. Tennis is available right round the corner. You have full access to the three courses in Sea Pines: Harbour Town Golf Links(home of the PGA Verizon Heritage Classic),the Ocean Course, and the new Pete Dye Heron Point Course. We have guests that bring their kayaks because you can put them into the creek in the back yard and go to Calibogue Sound.

Do not plan on using the guest house, horrendous!!!! Hole in the closet must be the rat entrance as there were rat droppings all over the closet. Yuck! The entire guest house was filthy with dirt and leaves on the floor, dried toothpaste spit in the sink and hair and dirt in the shower. Really? The main house was okay, so if you stay clear of the guesthouse you will be okay, maybe even the garbage outside the guest house which was mainly beer bottles and used diapers will be gone, though it looked to have been there quite awhile. This house is very dirty and has not been cleaned in years. I would never stay here and would discourage anyone else from it as well. Completely Unhappy. Nasty is an understatement!Owner response: We made every effort to satisfy the renters requests. We are physically unable to view the house prior to arrivals as we are 12 hours away. We rely upon people and services to act on our behalf. We have never had a problem in the past with our home and have taken steps necessary to rectify any of these problems in the future. I can guarantee this home is thoroughly cleaned before each new arrival. We also block off one week every three months for a service to come in and "house" clean. We do believe some of the issues were minor and have attempted to address these issues with the individual who was occupying our home during this time.
