Conveniently located near the Coosawattee River Resort gate in Ellijay, GA, on an acre and a half of level wooded land bordered by Coosawattee River frontage and a rippling creek. At dawn and dusk, watch the deer graze through the yard and woods. Enjoy walking on trails that lead along the creek where you’ll find minnows, turtles and deer tracks. Kayak or tube (tubes provided) from the River Park and get out at your private steps to the cabin for a break. Roast marshmallows in the fire pit and at the end of the day relax in the hot tub.
This North Georgia cabin offers 3 Bedroom & Loft / 2 Bath (King Bed, Queen Bed, Queen Sleeper Sofa, and Full Innerspring Futon - sleeps a maximum of 8). A Stone Fireplace with Gas Log in Great Room. Fully equipped Kitchen. DirecTV satellite (TV/DVD/CD Surround Sound in Great Room, TV/DVD/VCR in Master Suite). Laundry facilities with Washer, Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board. Foosball Table in Loft.
Deck on riverside with Picnic table, charcoal grill and webbed deck chairs. Covered front porch with Adirondack Settee and webbed deck chairs (a good place to sit quietly and watch for deer). 6 person Hot Tub, Fire Pit, and Paths and Trails to go exploring.
The Coosawattee River Resort in North Georgia encompasses over 8,500 acres with the Coosawattee River and Mountain town Creek flowing through the property as well as many smaller creeks and branches. There are over 200 miles of roads in this Ellijay, GA resort, with four controlled entry gates. The resort has 5 parks for picnicking, rafting, canoeing, fishing, or simply relaxing; and 3 pool/recreation areas (2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool that is open year round) with volleyball courts, tennis courts, miniature golf, exercise/workout facility, and game rooms. A beautiful long weekend with our friends, the Farrars. Shopped at McCaysville, explored at Carter's Lake and Ft. Mtn. State Park. Watched the SuperBowl, enjoyed hearing the rain at night. It seems every amenity has been thought of beforehand in this peaceful, comfortable cabin.

We love the cabin and the hot tub. The fall colors were beautiful driving here from Michigan and all around Ellijay. We drove up to Blue Ridge and tood the train ride to McCayesville - lots to look at in both towns. Would love to come back and check out more of what the resort has to offer.
