Complete remodel includes furniture, carpeting, painting, doors, pictures, full bathrooms, kitchen, draperies, trim work, cabinets, counter tops, lights, fans, and entertainment center with surround sound dvd/vcr. The villa has two televisions that are remote control. Lovely patio, ideal for sitting and relaxing, inviting courtyard/fairway views, with majestic live oaks draped with spanish moss. The villa is exquisitely decorated, very clean, and well maintained. The kitchen is completely equipped with all new appliances, cookware, stainless, and stemware.
Located on scenic and breathtaking Seabrook Island, with beautiful white sand beaches, ocean front pool, with ocean\poolside dining and drink service. Many times a walk along the beach includes a dolphin within twenty feet off the shore. (the villa is located within walking and biking distances of all three beaches on the island)
Seabrook is a private, gated resort community, dedicated to enriched lives of people, animals and nature. The nature preservation results in many rare and beautiful wildlife sightings of deer, sea turtles, fox, bobcats, birds, dolphins, and alligators. A very unique shopping market just minutes from your villa, Fresh fields will provide hours of enjoyable shopping and fine dining. Family movies are shown on the green after dark. The Bohicket Marina also has several shops and restaurants, with breathtaking sunset views.
One week villa rental includes $75.00 worth of amenity cards at no charge(three days of amenity cards). Additional amenity cards can be purchased at $25.00 additional per day or $150.00 per week, which would only cost you an additional $75.00 for the week since $75.00 worth is included at no charge. This gives you access to the swimming pools, golf courses and restaurants (pools are free).
