This home is just two blocks from Grand Traverse Bay where you will find clear blue waters, cooler breezes, clean sandy beaches, and volleyball courts. There are lighted tennis courts two blocks from the home, just off the bike path. A relaxing beach life atmosphere yet only four blocks from the center of Downtown Traverse City. Perfect for strolling and shopping, full of specialty stores and small eateries. You can find activities to tempt all ages and a variety of nightlife venues to choose from, all within walking or biking distance.

Close to boat marinas and swimming beaches. A short walk to the local zoo which features a train ride for adults and children. Enjoy bike paths all around the city. Area features numerous golf courses, nature preserves, historical sites and two casinos. While the famous Centre Ice Arena, home of the notorious Traverse City Enforcers and Training Camp of the Detroit Red Wings, is but ten miles away.

The home has a Master bedroom on the main floor and two and a half bedrooms upstairs. There are five beds total, accommodating up to nine guests. This Ole House has a newly renovated kitchen and extra large, roomy bathroom. There is off street parking for four vehicles at the rear of a quiet backyard. The home has central air conditioning, all natural woodwork throughout and is completely furnished with washer-n-dryer, TV/VCR, linens, dishes, microwave, pots and pans. All you need are your personal items and food.
