The sun is shining and the snow is falling. It’s a perfect time to vacation with family and friends.
Our condominium is newly remodeled with all of the features you desire in your mountain home. This spacious 1,134 s.f. two-story condominium provides the space you need for all of your winter fun. The breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains and Lake Dillon are memorable long after your departure.
If skiing or snowboarding is your preference your can ACCESS 5 SKI RESORTS THAT ARE JUST MINUTES AWAY. Keystone Resort is a short five minute ride right to the slopes from a Free Shuttle that will pick you up only a few yards from your front door. Breckenridge and Copper Mountain are also accessible from the free shuttle and are less than 15 minutes away.
Other activities are snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, ice-skating, snowmobiling, and sledding to name a few. You can also find several restaurants in the area including an Irish Pub and Pizza Shop that are a short walk across the street and a great place to drop in for a Guinness or to pick up a pizza and sandwiches to take back to the condo. If shopping is your preference, the Silverthorne Outlet Mall is a quick ten minutes away. There are several other shops throughout the area that will keep you busy for hours.

We are sorry but we can not allow pets or smoking.
If you choose to stay home at night you will find movies and games to keep your family busy for hours. Or, you may choose to visit the Recreation Center where you have access to over 5,000 sf of 3-indoor swimming pools with water slides and more, outdoor hot-tub, aerobics, free-weights, running track, cardio, gymnasium, aerobics and massage therapy. There are also activities for the kids and day-care.
If you are flying in to Denver International Airport there is no need to rent a car. You can access a shuttle van that drops you off right at your door. The shuttle runs every hour in the winter and every 90 minutes off season. It is suggested you make reservations a few days before you arrive. Once in Summit County you will find the Summit Shuttle can take you almost anywhere you want to go for Free.
To access the condo from Denver it is a scenic 90 minute drive. Watch carefully you might see a buffalo herd or big horn sheep.

Our property is a large nearly 1200 sf two-story condo that has beautiful mountain views and views of the lake. We try to keep our mountain home comfortable and always maintain the standards that we like. We hope that you will feel the same way.
Just 3 Miles from our front door to the slopes. You can take the free shuttle and be there in minutes.
Just across the street - stop in to pick up a pizza or have a guinness after hitting the slopes or the Howling Coyote for your morning coffee and bagel
Some of the best fishing at Lake Dillon. Bring your pole and bait and spend a few hours relaxing by the Lake. Then bring some rainbows home for the grill.
Rent a boat or grab some lunch at the Tiki Bar. Whatever your preference this is a beautiful spot.
Visit some of the many hiking trails - there are maps and guide books in the condo to help you select the trails that best fit your ability.
Just wait until you see the mountain views from the balcony of our condo. This is what Colorado is all about.

My husband Tom and I have owned our mountain home since Fall, 2007. Tom is a contractor and I am a real estate broker and interior design specialist. I am always coming up with new ideas for changes in our home and Tom makes them happen. In addition, we are involved in charity work within our community, which keeps us very busy.
We love Summit County and whatever season it is becomes our favorite. Skiing in the winter, hiking and biking in the spring and fall and boating in the summer. Our children have grown and moved out of the house so we have a lot of opportunity to spend time together in the mountains.
We cherish time with family and friends and try to provide a nurturing environment for them to visit and believe our mountain home is just that. We selected a location that has beautiful views in a comfortable setting that helps us forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our home is our place to relax and have fun. I hope it can be that for you too.

Hi Debi, We had a wonderful time in your condo. It had everything we needed and it was very neat and clean. The gas fireplace really kept the house warm. We had a great time skiing at Keystone and Breckenridge. As we were visiting my son in Colorado Springs we were only able to ski those two areas but more were available and close. On Friday and Saturday there was a Kite Flying event on Lake Dillon it was great to see. Dillon is just a great little town with everything you need close by. We will definatly keep you in mind on our next trip out there. Debi you were a great help while planing the trip and all the way through. Thanks Again for all your help to make it a great time! Beautiful condo, great location. The rec center was easily accessible and a nice amenity. The unit was very clean and well furnished. I also found Debi to be very helpful she provided a lot of information about the area making our vacation enjoyable. I will return.

I kind of feel remiss in the fact that I have not written a comment as of yet. We were there Feb. 28th thru March 2nd. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed your very comfortable condo. It was so close to Keystone which got us on the slopes in minutes allowing more time for what we came to moutains for. Everthing we needed we found at your condo. We also enjoyed many of the restaurants nearby and even got in a little shopping at the outlet mall. I am already planning to book a week this fall because I love it when the trees start changing colors.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location and fantastic view! The gas grill was a nice touch and we used it several times. You have a beautiful mountain home and it was worth the long drive from Canada to spend our vacation here.
