The master bedroom boasts the most comfortable (and new!) king-size bed in La Paz. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom has a private en suite full bath and the master bedroom has a walk-in closet.
The comfortable living room has large screen TV with cable, DVD player and Bose stereo system. The living room and dining room both have fireplaces. There is an additional full bathroom off the living room. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything from full-size fridge, stove and microwave to glasses and silverware so you can cook, or walk to nearby restaurants. (Give us a list of your grocery basics, and we’ll stock the fridge for your arrival.) The master bedroom and dining room look out onto an enclosed grassy courtyard. The house is located in a private, walled and gated housing complex and includes private parking for 1 vehicle. The house is located on Calle 15, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, a grocery store and shopping centers.
This is the perfect place to relax and feel "at home" after a busy day of exploring sites in the La Paz area including Moon Valley, the Sagarnaga Witches market, Lake Titicaca, or make this your home base for exploring other parts of Bolivia, including the tropical Yungas, or climbing some of Bolivia’s famed mountains.
Rates:-Available year-round: $70/night or $400/week.
For an extra fee, we can arrange airport pick-up and drop-off ($10), and/or daily car and driver ($20/day) and/or maid service ($10/day).
There is a refundable $150 security deposit. |
