This 3 bed 3 bath condo is located in Lower Deer Valley on the bus route.
The location is very convenient. The address is 668 Rossie Hill Dr. Park City 84060. Main St. is a 10 minute walk, the lower base of Deer Valley is a 2 minute drive and Main St. is a 1 minute drive. There is a shuttle stop .1 mi. (2-3 minute walk) from the front door and this shuttle goes directly to the bus transit center on Main St. or directly to the lower base of Deer Valley (depending on your direction). From the transit center you can take a bus directly to either PCMR or The Canyons.
This is a wonderful floor plan for families with a large living, dining, kitchen area, 42" tv and beautiful mountain views. We have an oversized 2 car garage complete with ski boot warmer/dryer and plenty of storage for snow and summer toys.
The master has a queen bed, jetted tub/shower and double vanity. The 2nd bedroom has two twins, the 3rd has a double bed. There are 2 other full bathrooms with tub/shower. We also have an air mattress if you need to sleep 8 people. The sofa (sectional) is not a sleeper.
We have a 4 bed 4 bath next door and offer discounts if the townhomes are rented together. A Marriott Mountainside (ski-in/ski-out) that is available Christmas week and a 3 bd 3 bath house that is across the street from The Canyons and available all winter dates.
Just 37 minutes from the Salt Lake City International Airport, and home of the 2002 Winter Olympics, Park City is a premier destination for golfing, hiking, biking and rafting. Also, the area offers water sports at Jordanelle and Deer Creek Reservoirs, and gambling casinos only two hours away. Park City is home to world renowned restaurants such as The Glitretind at Stein Ericksen Lodge, Grappa and Mariposa with each having extensive wine cellars.

The condo was fantastic - clean, convenient, and unbelievably close to the Park City Mountain Resort. (It's also only a few minutes from The Canyons.) Three full baths, more than enough room to fit 8 people, and after a full day of snowboarding, we were really appreciative of the washing machine and dryer. The garage comfortably fit two cars (including a large Suburban). Kati was a great property manager, accommodating and readily available. She set up the condo for an early check-in when part of our group arrived earlier than expected. She also arranged for our discount lift passes to both resorts.

Kati Irwin is a terrific property mgr, was very accommodating, and is a pleasure to deal with. The condo is large, and is in immaculate condition. It is very worth the money you will spend. Shuttle buses to Park City and Deer Valley are only a few steps away. I will definitely stay in this condo again and highly recommend it for a family or a group of friends.
