This location combines privacy and silence in a luxury home setting. All rooms are spacious and attractive. The master bathroom includes a large, glass block enclosed shower-for-two, while the second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms and the great room have sliding glass doors that open onto the 54' x 12' screen porch.
Excellent swimming/snorkeling/diving just a few steps away (right out front of the house). The Parrot Reserve is straight up the bluff to the south of the house, and caves are within five minutes by car.

As much as we'd love to keep this place a secret, it truly is the most beautiful oceanfront stay on Cayman Brac. My daughter and I enjoyed this spotless, new, private home that enjoys an unobstructed ocean view from a full deck with the most gorgeous view from almost every room in the house. It is magnificent. The owners were very lovely when we spoke by phone. They reside on another island but have a local caretaker whom we did not need to disturb because everything was perfect. Bring food and beach shoes. Even though Brac is a more rocky beach, this house enjoys its own sandy yard and there are lounge chairs for sitting out all afternoon, which we did a lot of in the warm ocean breezes! The road to this house actually drives right into the ocean, it is located at the end of a dead end street in a very peaceful neighborhood. We never saw any neighbors and this island is very peaceful and friendly. We rented a car inexpensively at the airport which was an equally pleasant experience (he met us when we landed, even though it was late). We thoroughly enjoyed the home and its many amenities (vacuum, washer and drier, etc). It is cold where we live, so we sure enjoyed the deck and the beach front and took in as much of the warm breezes and some of the cleanest air on the planet while we stayed at this beautiful property!

We just spent a wonderful 8 day vacation on Cayman Brac at the Lankford House. It was exactly as described in the listing - clean and very well maintained! We had all our questions answered before we sent our deposit and we were not disappointed!!! Cayman Brac is a great place if you want to get away and just dive and snorkel. There are not a bunch of resorts or restaurants, so you get to meet the locals and get to know them! This was a perfect place for our family of 3. The kitchen had everything we needed, the views were amazing and the covered patio that looks over the water is the best part! I would highly recommend this house if you want to be away from the crowds but close enough to everything you need!

This a beautiful home right on the ocean. Very large, clean, and new. Spectacular views and large open porch facing the water. Very private, nice residential area. Same home on the "Big Island" would easily rent for more than twice the price. Owner very attentive and helpful. Small grocery stores nearby.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+.
