This convenient tri-level condo is located between Deer Valley and Park City Resorts. It is an easy drive from the Salt Lake International Airport.
2 car heated garage. Skis/boards can be left in garage without worry. Coats and boots store in the immediate entry inside.
Lower level has a master queen bedroom. There is also a second bedroom with queen bed and twin bunk above. Bathroom is shared with separate entrances and vanities. Full size laundry center also on this level.
The main floor has 2 bathrooms, large kitchen/dining and living rooms. Kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare and serve food. Basic spices provided. Queen sofa bed located in living room. A spacious main floor master king suite is also located on this level. Off this bedroom you can access the outdoor jetted hot tub and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
The upper floor has a second spacious master king suite. Bathroom has 2 vanities, jetted tub and separate shower. Twin pullout sofa sleeper in room for an additional bed, if needed. Step out onto the balcony and over look the outdoor hot tub. Upper floor loft has queen sofa bed to use as bedroom or is just a nice place to get away from everyone.
Bring 2-3 couples with you or bring your family. This is a family friendly condo, please no College Student getaways.

Minimum 4 night stay required.
Final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
To hold your reservation, a deposit equal to 1 nights lodging and a signed Lodging Reservation Agreement form are due 1 week after booking.
A $50.00 cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit. After the completion of a final inspection and any deduction for damages, the deposit will be returned.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival shall forfeit full deposit. No refunds for cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival.

Our extended family has been vacationing in Park City every winter for the last 10 years. This home was exactly as advertised--and cleaner! We were so pleased upon arrival. The owners are very easy to communicate with, accommodating, and willing to provide any requested info. The location is great--there is a handy shuttle bus stop, but we ended up driving our rental car--and it is a short drive to Deer Valley and Park City is very close also. There were 12 of us staying in the home--and we could have accommodated a couple more as they have plenty of air mattresses. Thank you again for the pleasant experience.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our stay couldn't have been better. There was plenty of room and everything you'd want for ages 3 to retired. Excellent location (four minute drive to Deer Valley Lodge) (or super-fast bus routes to Deer Valley and Park City skiing) made it easy for all to come and go at will. Great nearby restaurants, although kitchen had everything needed to cook in. Felt at home, and yet pampered. Breathtaking snow views from every room and much-used hot tub. Can't wait to go back...especially since some of the youngsters learned to ski and love it. Kids could sled in wide-open snow in back yard. Large rooms and comfortable beds.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

LOOK no further. You got here because it fit your space needs. This place will exceed your expectations!!! This was our fifth year in a row to ski deer valley and we'll never stay anywhere else. Great hosts. The place was immaculate, a welcoming basket was iceing on the cake. Lots of room, plenty of amenities, location perfect. 50 yards from bus line, a mile from Deer valley entrance. You will be glad you stayed here.
