Spacious open floor plan with wood burning stove. Kids and adults will love the horse barn bedroom! Completely furnished and equipped. Just bring yourself and bottled drinking water! Will sleep 10 comfortably. Creek has large flat rocks, bring a beach chair and sit right in the water. Listen to the many birds chirping outside and watch the wildlife from outdoor patio.

Centrally located between Binghamton, Oneonta, Syracuse, Hamilton and Madison Bouckville (great for antiquing). Near State Land for hunters' delight.

Curl up with a cup of hot chocolate and a good book in front of the woodburning stove. Have breakfast in the dining room and look out the patio door...while the hummingbirds have their breakfast.

Fully stocked wood shed and wood box. Birdseed in trash can to feed the birds. Motion sensor outside lights.

Just a great place to get away and relax and enjoy nature's silence!
