The Lynnlee is ready for you to enjoy during all seasons of the year. The central air, screened porch, deck with grill, family swing, and other outdoor items make the warm weather a delight. The wood fireplace, large screen TV, handy kitchen, warm house and warm blankets are very cozy in the cold weather. The house has an excellent layout for entertaining. The kitchen counters look out on the great room, and there are also smaller intimate spaces like the formal dining room and the sun porch for guests.
The advantages of being located "on the hill" in Saugatuck include being in a unique quiet neighborhood where a person can relax and be comfortable. Walk just three short blocks to the downtown and waterfront where there are a variety of interesting activities. The Lynnlee is so close to town one can avoid the summer parking hassles.
The area has many fun commercial activities as well as lots of nature to explore. There are five beaches within a fifteen minute drive, seven marinas, three golf courses, all kinds of other water related choices. In winter see the thousands of sparkling lights decorating the downtown. Cross country skiing and snow shoeing in the Allegan woods or sledding at West Shore are favorite area activities. Saugatuck/Douglas also has a live professional theatre, many artist studios, and galleries, and antique shops all year long.
