Disappointed with Service!

The description was accurate, the photos accurately reflected appearance and amenities. Other than one major problem our accommodations were as expected. Our group was 10 adults and 9 children so the size (BR, Baths) and space of the house were important to us. We discovered on day 1 that the middle level AC was down, we called the owner right away. The middle level housed 4 of the bedrooms and 3 adults and 7 children and it was sweltering! We were disappointed that the owner did not feel it was important to expedite repair of the AC during any part of our stay so we had people sleeping on the floor and couches on other levels of house because the heat was unbearable on the middle level. Very disappointed with service - oh wait, he did credit us back a whole $100 for our trouble at the end of our trip. Would not stay here again based on service!!
