Bring your boat! Direct ocean access with a 30' boat slip. Go for the sailfish or, if you prefer, catch some dolphin, grouper, or snapper for your dinner. Dress your catch at the fish cleaning station at your boat slip. Easy access to the back country through Tavernier Creek. At mile marker 88 – perfect for day trips to the Everglades (take an airboat ride and view all the birds and alligators) or to Key West (take the bus tour to learn about the history of the city or just walk around and enjoy the atmosphere). Walk out the condo and you are adjacent to the community pool and clubhouse. There is also a lagoon with a sandy beach for swimming and fishing. Take a walk around the marina and relax in the hammock or sit at the picnic table at the point. Look down in the water and you may see the nurse sharks swimming around.
