This luxury Villa "Ocean Sunset" is one of a small number of coveted "front-row" buildings at Kolea. There are no Villa’s closer to the white sand beach at Anaeho’omahu Bay (A-Bay)! Enter in through the mahogany front door - find yourself in your own designer decorated world of tropical wonder with Ocean Views and Tropical Gardens just beyond the 18 ft. pocket door.
"Ocean Sunset" has 3 Bedroom Suites, each with a private spa-like bath. Master Suite I has a king bed, elaborate bath featuring a large soaking tub with separate shower and French Door opening out to Lanai. Bedroom Suite II has 2 twin beds, connected bath with tub/shower and French Door opening out to Lanai. Bedroom Suite III has a queen bed and private spa-like bath.

We had a great vacation and enjoyed the freedom of walking to the beach or pools in under 2 minutes, or a short walk to shops. Eileen told us that Villa 5A "Ocean Sunset" would be perfect for the kids and we all agree it was with the large porch and big lawns. The kids loved absolutely loved it! The condo was so well supplied with everything we needed, even a 1st Aide kit when we needed it. The furniture was so tasteful and comfortable inside and out... we loved it! Thanks for all the extras and welcome gifts. We plan to come back to Villa 5A next year.

Villa 5A "Ocean Sunset" was perfect for our family gathering celebrating a graduation and anniversary! Eileen helped us with all our questions and details such as a few groceries so that when we arrived we were on Vacation! Villa 5A certainly did not feel like a condo... it was a real home so well furnished (down to the last detail) that weI didn't want for anything. The interior is simply beautiful and yet so comfortable. We love the large lanai's and sat out late into the evening sipping Mi Tai's. The Kolea Beach Club was great and we enjoyed many walks and snorkeling trips on our beach. There are so many things to do on the Big Island that we thought we'd be out all the time... instead we were so content that we just stayed at Kolea and Waikoloa... every thing complete! Two families spent an all too brief vacation at Kolea Villa 5A "Ocean Sunset". Ground floor did not have a view, but the lanai spilled out into the beach facing lawn creating an extended play area for the kides (and great star gazing for all of us). Wuick walk to both the pool and the beach. The owner manages this place and does a great job. The kitchen was advertised as well appointed and that was an understatement. They had every spice imaginable, good kitchen gear, even truffle oil! We had a good cook with us and the kitchen and BBQ were both well used. The 3 bedrooms were nicely size ( 1 king, 1 Queen and 2 twins). They had 2 very snazzy Frontgate infaltable beds up on metal legs that worked like a charm. Not an air matress, but an inflatable bed. The real jewel is the kitchen/great room. Plenty of room but cozy as well. Lanai has a BBQ/frige/sink as well as a full dining table, 2 cozy chairs with foot stools, a full size couch and granite coffee table. We spent long evenings enjoying the sound of the ocean some good wine! (Guest Comments taken from Trip Advisor)
