I invite you to spend your vacation in this charming top floor 2 Bedroom/2 Bath + Loft Condominium located at Kimball Junction in Park City, Utah. Ride on Park City's free shuttle which arrives approximately every 30 minutes and takes you to The Canyons (three miles), Park City Mountain Resort (six miles), Deer Valley (eight miles) or to Main Street. Our condo is close to the Tanger Outlets if you feel like shopping and close to Redstone Center which has a variety of shops and restaurants as well as a movie theatre. If you drive, covered parking is also available during your stay.This little home away from home is tastefully furnished with a queen bed in the master bedroom, a full size bed in the second bedroom and a full sized comfy futon in the loft. There is also a full sized convertible sleeper sofa in the living room. Cable TV with a DVD player is available in both the master bedroom and living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook - all dishware, coffee maker, microwave and a dishwasher. Other amenities include: telephone, 2 hair dryers, towels and linens, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Ater a long day on the slopes, come enjoy the outdoor Jacuzzi located just steps away from the condo.

Powderwood Condo - a Great Place to Stay and Ski!

Why the Owner Chose Powderwood
I chose this location because it is so conveniently located to any one of the 3 Park City ski areas - The Canyons (3 miles), Park City Mountain (6 miles) and Deer Valley (8 miles), along with quick access to the I80 that will take you to the Little Cottonwoods - Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton (all about 45 mins away). Although I love the downtown fun of Main Street, I like to getaway from it all in the evenings and this is a perfect place to do that. If you happen to love shopping, the Tanger Outlet Mall is in walking distance and offers a wide variety of brand name stores at bargain prices.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The condo is clean, bright and comfortable. It is truly a no frills place and designed for the bargain traveler who really just wants to come and enjoy the outdoor activities. The jacuzzi is quite nice after a long day on the slopes and the Redstone Shopping Center, which has lovely restaurants and a fantastic Whole Foods, is only a 5 min drive aways. Come stay and enjoy!
