The home was custom built to the highest standards and includes granite countertops, ceramic flooring throughout and custom cabinetry in every room of the home. Additionally the home comes with its own private staff of maintenance and landscaping as well as maid service. Bottled drinking water is delivered to your door daily and a local cell phone is provided for your use so that our staff is never out of your reach. The Master Suite offers an en-suite bathroom fit for a king with tremendous closet space. As well, enjoy the formal Master Suite sitting room with large bay window. The property is fully fenced and the neighborhood offers 24 hour security patrol, situated directly across the street. Access to a swimming pool is also offered directly across the street, yet the best private beaches in all of Playa del Carmen is only a 5 minute walk away, as is the World Famous 5th Avenue. Located in the private community of Playacar, this home is situated just off of the 13th fairway of the Playacar Golf Course and is a short 5 minute walk to the beaches of Playa del Carmen.
