Third floor Condo Living on The Columbia River! Blue skies, blue river and walking paths make for a great vacation. Located at exit #308 off I-5 and Janzten Beach/Hayden Island. One mile from downtown Vancouver, Washington; 8 miles from downtown Portland, 7 miles from Portland Airport. Two views within condo--one faces east to watch the local sailing clubs, also great for relaxing and eating. The other on second floor faces west. Full kitchen with all of your cooking necessities. Also, a gas grill on balcony. Don't want to cook? Many great local and chain restaurant with in walking distance.
The Wood burning fireplace makes this condo very cozy and relaxing.

Condo is very kid friendly, includes cable with Disney and Nickelodian. Your kids will also love the indoor and outdoor pools. Parents will enjoy indoor hot tub and sauna. An ideal family vacation spot.

Each room has its own private full bath. Sleeps 4 comfortably, additional guests sleep in common area on twin mats. There is a $10 surcharge per person per night for guest over four (4).

This is a great place to relax and unwind, enjoy the river, the walking paths, local restaurants and its easy access to downtown Portland and Vancouver. It is right on the river so you will have the normal river and port noises.
