We stayed in Brad's Condo and had a blast. We have stayed at the Summit for the last few years due to location and affordability. This is easily one of the better units at the Summit and Brad was easy to do business with. We were there during bike week this fall. The view from the 12th floor is awesome with a nice view of the pools also. Look forward to staying here again, can't go wrong with this one.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

This is a GREAT place to stay. Right in the middle of everything. Excellent view and really nice place. It was just my husband and I and much bigger than we needed but the price was better than some of the studios and smaller one bedrooms I looked at. Brad was very friendly and easy to work with. It was clean, updated, and had lots of extras that you might forget or need. We will definitely rent there again!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: Hello, my name is Brad & this is my condo that I would like to offer you a stay! Personally I come down from Chicago 2 or 3 times a year to enjoy my favorite past time THE BEACH & WATER! Also enjoy my Harley rides,scuba dives & driving my classic cars around to shows. The Summit is the best with there 2 huge pools(1 heated) & hanging out at the Tiki Bar with great people. Bikini Bobs snack bar right on site is excellent & cheap so you dont have to leave the pool area! Come on down, love to have ya! Brad
