Our home is casual, nice enough to feel you are pampered but casual enough to lounge and relax.

Bedding and Linens: If you are like us, this is the most important part of the stay. All of our beds are NEW & HIGH END. We bought these beds for ourselves, and you get the benefit too. We also have all new luxurious cotton sheets and towels. The quilts make for cozy blankets under the down-filled comforters.

What really makes our area so special is its people. The PEOPLE OF PAGOSA SPRINGS are among the kindest and most accommodating folks you will meet anywhere.

We had a great time here. The views fromt the second story balcony are fantastic. A very relaxing place to end the day! There were deer all over the place when we were there, including in the yard several times. Perfect for kids - there's a permanent baby gate on the stairs, and the porch has kid-proof railings (assuming they can't climb over). The only caveat is that there's not much of a yard, but that wasn't a problem for us. Highly recommended!

This is our 3rd annual stay in Pagosa and we always return to this house. The pictures on VRBO do not do the home justice. The house is more lovely than the pictures represent. It is obvious that the owners take pride in their property. Each year the house is a little more spruced up. We feel right at home. Oh, and it is so clean! See you next year! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. - The Aldermans

Our family had a wonderful time on our 10 DAY vacation in Pagosa Springs. This home was the perfect location for all our activities. It had gorgous views from the front deck, was woderfully decorated, very comfortable to sleep in and had everything we needed for our long stay, The bedroom set up was perfect for those traveling with another couple or older teenagers. They can have their own room with a kitchenette, and bathroom. The home is in the middle of all the summer activities we enjoy. We spent our mornings enjoying coffee on the deck overlooking the lake and mountains. Our days were filled with fly fishing in Piedra River and WIlliams Reservior which is just minutes away. We picniced at the top of a canyon overlooking the Piedra River, rode horses in the mountains, and rafted the Animas River in Durango and took in the sites on the rode between Pagosa Springs and South Fork. The views are just awesome. The evenings we watched deer in the wooded area behind the house, cooked dinner and enjoyed the sunsets over the mountains. We will definitly return.

This was our first trip to Pagosa Springs and hopefully not the last! Our stay at your home was perfect for our family. Very spacious, clean & homey. The hill on the side of the house made for great sledding too! Left with many, many wonderful memories! Thank you for opening your home to us. We will definitely recommend it to others.

I stayed at this home over the Christmas week, 2009. We found everything just as we expected. We found pretty much everything we needed, and with a party of six we were very comfortable. We felt right at home. The home is in a good location close to a grocery store and other shopping. The owner was responsive and helpful. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a wonderful time during our 6 night stay at your mountain home. The accomodations were great, the Pagosa Springs Area was relaxing, and the Wolf Creek skiing was remarkable. Can't wait to go back again in the summer or winter. Thanks again.

This cabin is wonderful! We had deer in our backyard every morning and night, and hummingbirds on our porch throughout the day. The owners have provided everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Just a brief walk to the lake for fishing--and a three-minute drive to the golf course. Thanks, again, for a wonderful time! We hope to stay there again!
