It is within a 2 block distance of public transportation to all areas of D.C. It is less than a 10 minute drive from Dulles Airport. Elegantly furnished with every amenity needed for a nightly or weekly stay. Parking is available in the street in front of the townhome.
This modern ped-a-terre features a gas fireplace in the family room, large master suite with jacuzzi tub, his and her vanity, a large walk-in closet and Kingsize feather bed. The second bedroom has a Queen bedroom suite, and the third bedroom has twin beds. Gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar and pantry, opens onto family room with TV and VCR. Formal dining room for entertaining up to 10 guests. Second floor deck off kitchen overlooks wooded area with bicycle and jogging trails. Ample closets allow for all your storage needs. This comfortable home includes a stereo, microwave, TV, VCR, washer, dryer and all cooking and entertaining equipment.
A community clubhouse features a pool, exercise area, steamroom and meeting room. In the winter, a skating rink in the town center with skate rentals is available for your use.
