Private Oceanfront Villa of almost 6,000 feet, right ON the ocean. The view is what dreams are made of. Almost every room in the house has a view of the ocean.
A large private swimming pool, with plenty of patio furniture for entertaining, a BBQ grill for outdoor dining. Six bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths, 2 with jacuzzis.A fantasy shower made of glass block and tile with three shower heads, measures 9 x 16 feet!
The large family room has a fooseball table, pool table, wide screen tv with dvd, and vcr, cable, high-speed DSL. Gardner and maid provided. (Cook available at a reasonable charge if you like to taste the local cuisine)
Our home is in Caberete,a town known world wide for its water sports of kite surfing, wind surfing, and more. The town is perfect for all ages. We are located several thousand meters from the center of town, so a car is not necessary. The town itself has dozens of restaurants that open onto the beach (true alfresco dining!) The night life is hopping for those inclined! Safely walk from night club to night club along the well light coconut lined beach.There is a brand new casino within walking distance to our home. Since we are on our own private beach, it is limitless the amount of fun you and your family can have. We also have bikes available for your use. Vendors in town would be more than willing to show you their available trips to deserted islands for snorkelling, mountain hiking, whale watching and more.

Why the Owner Chose Cabarete
We had always talked about some day owning a beachfront villa. Lucky for us we were able to buy this gem before the rest of the world found out about Cabarete and made the prices of beachfront land triple! The North Coast is a diversified group of not only spanish speaking Dominicans, but people from all over the world, now call our area home. The people here are warm and welcoming. We feel very safe here. Our favorite fresh foods and seafood are abundant, and reasonably priced.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Doing absolutely nothing with one of the most beautiful backdrops you will ever see. We have the mountains in the front of the home and the ocean to the rear. I can truely say I feel 10 years younger in this place. The beach is flat and easy to walk on. It's a 20 minute walk to the center of town.

Glenn and Vickie Keller.Three grown children and one grandaughter. We reside in Pennsylvania. We do not rent the home out very often, as we use our villa as a second home as often as we can. I have prepared the home so that families visiting will feel at home and relaxed. Our staff will treat you like family, and you'll probably never want to go home! Our family dog, Bella is the hardest working, under paid employee we have, but is happy and joyful to accomodate guests.
