Immaculate 2200 square foot desert home on a very quiet street in the beautiful gated community of Oakwood in Sun Lakes. It has a great open floor plan with large kitchen/dinette area formal dining, huge great room with fireplace,gorgeous master bedroom with sitting area and large 5 piece bath. The second bedroom has 2 single beds that can be pushed together to make a queen size and the 3rd bedroom/office has a great day bed that sleeps 2 and can be used as office during your stay.These 2 bedrooms share a nice full size bath with a bath tub/shower.
All the furniture is new and in designer colors. But the best part of the home is in the very quiet private back yard that features one of the nicest pool/waterfalls that you have ever seen and a built in gas grill for BBQ's around the pool.When sitting by the pool in the evening with the pool and landscaping lights on it feels like your sitting at the HILTON in HAWAII what a way to end your vacation days. This subdivision has a beautiful clubhouse with fine dining, planned activities, billiards and more! There is also an Olympic size heated pool, hot tub, outdoor poolside restaurant and sports bar! Shopping and dining all within a 10 minute drive.
