Hang out on the deck and enjoy beautiful views of the Ten Mile Range after a day of fun. Our condo is located in a quiet neighborhood near Lake Dillon. Just a short walk away from a wonderful hiking trail that follows the stream. Tennis courts, hot tub and swimming pool at the clubhouse.

Summer activities for everyone in the family: concerts in Dillon Ampitheater, art galleries, film festivals, fishing, golfing. Make a picnic lunch, rent a canoe and enjoy your picnic on the beach of one of Lake Dillon's islands.

We have a nice, fully-equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a new high-end pillow-top queen-sized bed with a fluffy comforter and lots of space to store your gear. Just what you need to be well-rested for your next adventure! It's our mountain getaway too, so it's furnished to provide you with a relaxing place to enjoy your mountain vacation!

  • I was lucky to be able to enjoy this condo for a month. It was very clean and looked freshly remodeled. Unit had new appliances and all of the kitchen essentials, a very nice bed, great linens and a nice selection of soft and firm pillows to choose from as well. This was definitely the best equipped condo from other places I've stayed. Everything I needed and then some, even sunscreen, which came in handy while grilling and sitting on the deck. The owners of this unit truly care about their visitors and making their stay comfortable one!

  • My husband and I stayed here for a week to celebrate our 3rd anniversary. The condo was exactly what we needed-- a comfortable bed, board games and DVDs, and pretty musch every kitchen utensil you could ever think of to cook all of your usual home meals. There was even coffee, tea, and some basic spices and such. The best part, though, was the congratulatory bottle of wine the condo owner left for us in honor of our anniversary-- so sweet!

  • We greatly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The unit was clean, comforting, and relaxing. In addition, the condo had many ammenities that were useful when we decided to stay in. Excellent location in Dillon and very close to I-70. Clubhouse is well maintained and we enjoyed playing a few rounds of pool and using the jacuzzi after skiing. 5 stars!
