We've lived in Colorado for over 40 years and we love outdoor activities, including skiing, hiking, and biking.
Summer is beautiful, with a lot of festivals and events in Dillon, Keystone, Frisco, and Breckenridge. We enjoy going to the free outdoor concerts and the theater in Dillon after a day of hiking or biking.
Why the Owner Chose Dillon Valley East
We bought in Dillon Valley East because it's convenient to everything we like to do in the mountains. The condo is spacious and the complex is well-maintained with lots of open spaces. The great view from the balcony doesn't hurt either.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
There are a lot of great hikes - from easy to challenging. We love that we don't have to drive to a trail head. Just walk out the front door and hike along Straight Creek, then soak in the hot tub.

All previous guests were right, we felt right at home at this cozy condo. They truly did think of everything! Not to mention the owners were very helpful and friendly, quick to respond. We found it a very convenient location as well, a great place to stay while we skied at Loveland, and also were able to visit Keystone and Breckenridge very nearby.

This was a perfect place to stay for our small family of three. I even needed to make the reservation very last minute and the owner got back to me within a few hours. The condo is so comfortable and we felt at home right away. My husband said it was the best birthday he ever had.

I was lucky to be able to enjoy this condo for a month. It was very clean and looked freshly remodeled. Unit had new appliances and all of the kitchen essentials, a very nice bed, great linens and a nice selection of soft and firm pillows to choose from as well. This was definitely the best equipped condo from other places I've stayed. Everything I needed and then some, even sunscreen, which came in handy while grilling and sitting on the deck. The owners of this unit truly care about their visitors and making their stay comfortable one!

My husband and I stayed here for a week to celebrate our 3rd anniversary. The condo was exactly what we needed-- a comfortable bed, board games and DVDs, and pretty musch every kitchen utensil you could ever think of to cook all of your usual home meals. There was even coffee, tea, and some basic spices and such. The best part, though, was the congratulatory bottle of wine the condo owner left for us in honor of our anniversary-- so sweet!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The unit was clean, comforting, and relaxing. In addition, the condo had many ammenities that were useful when we decided to stay in. Excellent location in Dillon and very close to I-70. Clubhouse is well maintained and we enjoyed playing a few rounds of pool and using the jacuzzi after skiing. 5 stars!
