  The condo was very nicely decorated and had all we needed. Beach chairs, umbrella, etc. Nice view of Tigertail Beach. We have stayed at South Seas MANY times, and this is definitely one of the nicest units!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

  We had a great time at your apt. everything was very clean with white crisp linens. We enjoy playing tennis, the courts are well kept and you can play for a small fee of $10 for the hour Best perk at the apartment is being able to see the sunset every night and of course the beach. We would stay there again :-)

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

  Our stay from Dec. 3-10 was just what the doctor ordered. The condo was super. The listing was spot on and I would recommend this to anyone interested in a vacation to Marco.

  Keith & Amy's Marco Island condo is beautifully decorated and has a wonderful view of Tigertail Beach. The condo was well-equipped with kitchen items, towels, pool floaties, movies, etc. The walk to the beach is a bit of a hike if you're carrying as much as we were, but it's worth it with. Shelling was a ton of fun, the beach was beautiful, and the water was perfect. The pool is also very nice and easily accessible. We found several great restaurants (NeNe's Kitchen and Red Rooster are great breakfast spots) and enjoyed spectacular sunset views from the huge balcony every evening. I would recommend renting bikes and riding up to Olde Marco, where you can enjoy fabulous cupcakes from Simply Cupcakes and awesome fresh fish sandwiches from Lee Be Fish in an Old Key West atmosphere. There isn't A LOT to do on the island, but if you're in need of a little R & R, this is the perfect spot for you (and a great deal for the money). We loved it so much, that we are planning to make it our annual family vacation spot! :)

  Keith and Amy, Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home away from home. The condo is immaculate and what a great view of Tigertail Beach. It was wonderful to have direct access to the beach. We enjoyed taking a walk in the morning or afternoon on the beach and stopping for breakfast, lunch or cocktails along the way. What a treat every evening with the great sunset from the terrace. We were also very impressed with the amenities of the complex. It is situated really conveniently for shopping, restaurants and over all exploring Marco Island. Thanks again.

  The description for this condo was very accurate. It was comfortable, located on the ocean with a beautiful view and in walking distance of many great restaurants (loved Joey's Pizza and Nene's Kitchen!) It was really nice to have beach towels to use, and to have laundry facilities in the building. Kitchen was well equipt, and condo was full of TV's and games-plenty to do if you get a rain day. I would recommend this rental!

  This had everything we needed for days that we didn't venture far. It even had dishes so we could do some cooking. The view from the balcony was beyond belief. Make sure you try and do at least one sunrise and one sunset. Watching fishermen in the morning in a lagoon to the left was so cool. The condo was easy to get to which made it great to do some terrific day trips to other areas. With the king bed in the master bedroom, the twin and queen in the second bedroom and a convertible bed, we could bring more family with us next time and all be very comfortable! I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to vacation in the area. I know we'll be back!
