The 1970-built apartment has a big open living-dining-room. The kitchen is not very big, but fully equipped. The parents-sleeping room has it's one private entrance to the double-bath-room. A second - smaller -bath-room with a shower is for guests or kids. A separate room can be used as office or additional sleeping-room (futon available).
The nearest supermarket provides everything one needs for good cooking, incl. fresh fish every day until 19. As the international school ICI is in Zumikon you find many English-speaking person or family.

A small train brings you to Zurich town-center every 15 Minutes during the day and every 30 Minutes until 00.30. Within 20 Minutes car-drive you reach several lakes and a green country-side. Within 30 Minutes car drive you reach the airport. By train it takes 40 Minutes.

The place is ideal for a couple or small family for a business stay as well as for culture and nature. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly
