Condo is on a private culdesac overlooking the lake. Fishing is restricted to Heron Marsh residents only. Amazing sunsets and bird watching.
Less than 5 minute walk along sidewalk path and over the dunes. For easy beach gear set up, I recommend loading at the condo and driving across the street into highrise Captains Quarters parking lot, unloading and then parking back at HMV 92. Not allowed to park at the highrise. When we set up tents/umbrellas, chairs, coolers, toys, etc. it let 2 handle the setup and then the rest join.
The boardwalk over the dunes and out to the beach offers shower and hose for rinsing off you and beach gear.
This area features board walks, rest rooms, lounge chairs and chairs for sunning, reading, showers, etc.

Professionally and tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very, very well equipped, this unit exceeded all our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay and would hope to return for a longer period. We can recommend Litchfield By the Sea, and particularly HMV 092 without equivocation.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
